You can wander while doing your shopping in the many merchants of very high quality, and you get to Markets (Monge & Mouffetard) in a typical Parisian atmosphere.

You can reach the banks of the Seine: The Saint Michel & Saint Germain des Prés District, cross the Ile Saint Louis and discover the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Conciergerie and Sainte Chapelle.

This prestigious apartment of 130 sqm, is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator and balcony) in a building of “Haussmann” style (19 century), with balcony.

Very sunny and quiet this apartment has a double orientation, East & West

Completely renovated, furnished and tastefully decorated by its owner, you will be seduced by its charm.

Its beautiful high ceilings with moldings and a beautiful chestnut flooring “fougère style”, all in an Art Deco atmosphere.

Upon entering, you will appreciate the space and the light.

The large hall opens on :

- A dining room for 6 people opening onto a relaxing lounge with media (cable TV, Wifi, Phone), with balcony.

- A kitchen in pink granite : fully equipped (full appliances, dishes & utensils), for meals up to 4 people.

- Three Bedrooms, two bathrooms & 2 WC.

The large master bedroom includes a "King size bed" (180 x 200), large storage cupboards, wardrobe, and a library. It is equipped with its own private bathroom in marble with bathtub, double basins and WC.

The other two bedrooms are adjoining.

One with a "Queen Size bed" (140x190), a library, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

One with a "Queen Size bed" (140x190) + “Single Size bed” (90x190), a library and chest of drawers.

Adjoining of those two bedrooms, a shower-room, equipped with a large fully tiled shower with a double basins & separated W.C.

Whole place is both stylish, comfortable, simply furnished and in good taste.

It is a haven of peace after a busy day in Paris.

Parking place is available in the building for 30.- Euro/nights

It is a non-smoking apartment, and your four-legged friends (cats, dogs) or fishes are unfortunately not accepted.

"Our group enjoyed staying at 15 Lacepede: an elegant, comfortable, clean, well-equipped, centrally located apartment"

As we have said, we liked the apartment very much. Our hosts were delightful. They were very helpful in explaining the workings of the apartment and volunteered plenty of useful information about getting the best out of our Paris stay. They sorted out garaging close by for our car and arranged transport to the airport.
It would have been better if we could have used a credit card for the bond; having such a 1000 Euros on hand just before we flew back to Australia presented difficulties; such a large amount of a money in a foreign currency at the very end of a holiday cannot be used and is costly to change.
It is essential that the flush of the toilet in the master bedroom be resolved for future guests.
Other than that, the whole apartment was excellent.
