The Duplexcosy apartment is superbly located in the Marais district, right in the heart of Paris.

Whether you wish to visit the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Georges Pompidou Centre or even Saint Germain, everything is readily accessible on foot!

Moreover, the close proximity of the Chatelet, Chatelet les Halles, and Hôtel de Ville public transport stops (subway lines 1, 4, 11, 14 and RER A, B and D) will get you to all must-see Paris destinations and also grant you direct access to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport and nearly direct access to Orly airport via RER B.

Furthermore, for guests staying for over a week, aside from the cleaning done at the end of your stay, there is also at your disposal a free mandatory housekeeping service, once a week (approximately 2 hours at your convenience), to ensure a carefree stay.

This duplex apartment located on a pedestrian street, on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a traditional Paris building has been beautifully redone.

The sober designer style of the interior décor goes perfectly well with the soft light-coloured wooden floors, the warmth of centennial wooden beams, and dashes of red and black colour highlighting everything.

The lounge features a comfortable leather sofa bed (sleeps 2) and every modern comfort: LCD TV, Wireless Internet access... The open plan adjacent kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your meals and have them at the coffee table which turns into a dining table in a flash!

Also on this floor, the apartment's beautiful bathroom fitted with a jacuzzi bathtub. Just perfect to relax after a long day of sightseeing!

Upstairs, on the upper floor, guests will find an open plan bedroom, overlooking the lounge, which features a double bed (sleeps 2). Take a minute to look up at the beautiful antique beams but watch out and mind your head, as the ceiling is just 100 cm high!
