Located right in front of the Sacre Coeur and its gardens, at the heart of Montmartre, this charming fully renovated apartment (December 2013) features all modern conveniences within the setting of an “art-deco” building.

Enjoy this unique view over the Sacre Coeur from any of the apartment's rooms, when you wake up from your bed, whilst drinking a glass on the balcony or even while relaxing in your bath!

This apartment is located on the 4th floor. It is ideal for 2 to 4 persons, with all brand new amenities, and is perfect for either a leisure or a business trip.

It is designed with taste and simplicity in clear and warm colors. Thanks to its many windows, it is also very bright. Three big windows in the living room open on the balcony. We've also taken great care of the beds quality and the two beds -in the room and the sofa bed in the living room- are excellent!

You will enjoy being in the historical Paris, which is also a very lively Parisian district with a lot of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and close to the trendy streets “rue des Martyrs”, “rue des Abbesses” and “rue Lepic”.

A few seconds away from the stairs leading to the Sacre Coeur, you are also one minute away from several metro stations and a great number of buses, leading you to key places in less than 15 minutes (such as the Louvre, Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Trocadero) but also to main train stations.

"Amazing Apartment"

This was truly an amazing apartment, it was perfect for us and I would recommend to to anyone. However here are a few things to look out for some of which we are aware of and some not: Not far to walk from Gare du Nord - don't get the tube - be brave a walk out the front door of the station - we didn't and felt a bit foolish when we ambled there quite happily on our way home. Allow an hour from Gare du Nord to Charles de Galle. It is at least an hour walk from the apartment to the city centre/ Seine. Look out for the groups of men in Montmartre with pieces of string – they are trying to sell you friendship bracelets – they can be persistent and quite over bearing. Do not stick your finger out because they hook the string over your finger and then make the bracelet. Take a spare suitcase for fabric shopping – I was disappointed I could not buy any as I did not have room in my bag. The street the apartment is on and the surrounding are full of fabric shops which adds to the atmosphere and means you can kill an hour before you have blinked (only if you sew though!). Currently a bit of building work going on the other side of the street level with the apartment – we were woken by the builders on Monday morning but this was not a problem as we had to get up anyway – just something to be aware of if you are travelling March – April (not sure how long the building work will take). Overall this apartment is well located and the pictures do not lie – the view is exceptional. We were greeted by the lovely Gerben who made us feel very welcome. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend break in Paris. I would 100% stay again. I would provide more tips but cannot think of any and it is always more fun if you discover them yourself.

"A superb flat in a perfect location to explore Paris !"

The view of the Sacre-Coeur is truly 'magic', and so is the flat. Clean, uncluttered, wooden floors, high ceilings, and good central heating, with all amenities - including good WiFi and a Nespresso machine. My teenage daughters shared the double sofa-bed in the living / kitchenette area, while we enjoyed the more spacious bedroom. The flat is ideal for two people, but also served our family of four well as a base for 7 days while we explored Paris.
Metro lines 2 & 4 are very close, so getting to and from the sites of Paris is quick and easy.
Short walks from the flat reveal many different aspects of Parisienne life. Brightly coloured fabric shops surround the entrance to the flat, while further west the Montmartre tourist scene gives way to the upmarket cafe-culture of the Rue des Abbesses. Up the hill to the north are some great little restaurants notably the Babalou for pizza / pasta and the Petit Bleu for North African / couscous. Each only seats 16, so plan to have a drink at one of the bars nearby while you wait for a table. There are bakeries, supermarkets, and other everyday shops one block east, and still further east is the vibrant 'Little Sri Lanka' community of La Chapelle.
We really enjoyed our week at Magic Montmartre, and I recommend it to anyone wishing to experience the rich melange that is Parisienne culture.

"Excellent place"

We were very happy with this accommodation. Very well located. The landlord is very friendly & helpfully. The only minor thing we found is the floor was quite noisy.
