The studio is located near the Quartier Montorgueil, the European Largest Pedestrian area full of restaurants, groceries... You can walk to the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame directly from your flat. There is one large room, a separated kitchen and a shower room with toilets. The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment.

Cleaning option
For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions
Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 25 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard.
Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.
