AN APARTMENT REMODELLED FOR COMFORT:
In 2008 the apartment is being totally renovated and decorated.
The apartment is in a 18th century building and has already lots of character (typical wood floors, beams , mouldings etc.) .
The first master bedroom has a king-size bed and a desk with PC hooked up to the internet. The room is decorated with contemporary furniture which match perfectly the ancient feel of the apartment.
En suite of that bedroom is an entirely new bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.
The second bedroom has twin beds for independent sleeping, but they can be put together to make a king-size bed as well. Next to it and off the entrance is the second bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. (The apartment has two toilets).
In the living room are 2 sofas, one of which being being convertible and allowing for 2 more guests to sleep comfortably.
In the living room is a dining table for up to six guests, and you will also find the flat Plasma TV with many cable Channels (plus DVD Player).
In front of the living room is the separate kitchen with a small eating area.
It has a nice size and has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, burners, multi-function oven with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and boiler…
The apartment also offers unique features like a telephone line with unlimited calls to the United States, a PC with a DSL line, air conditioning in all the rooms, large flat TV screen…

Located in the historical centre of Paris, minutes walk to the Eiffel tower and the Seine river. Metro and buses are very near and will take you to various areas of Paris. Easy access to Chateau de Versailles thanks to Local speed Train RER line C (stop is very near).
The Central Paris area
Local activities are mostly tourist sites with many being walking distance from the apartment. Also very near is the Rue Cler market, famous for its great food shopping, fruits, cheeses, fresh products... Here you can stock up on fantastic French produce.

The experience was something to write home about! Pascal took great care of me and and my girlfriends and showed us Paris from its best side. WE absolutely loved the apartment and from now on we will never use hotels! We are already entertaining the idea of returning to Pascal and have recommended his services to our friends already. This very apartment will treat you to the comfort of your own home and with its two bedrooms and bathrooms will provide perfect privacy to two travelling couples. And as for the rate, for this standard, really unbeatable! Can't thank Pascal enough!

My girlfriends and I just spent a most enjoyable 8 days in Paris and stayed at Rue Malar. The apartment was neat, clean and cosy even though it was quite cold outside. One bedroom had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. We especially appreciated the two modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The location was perfect - close to a metro stop, shopping, restaurants, grocery store and morning pastry shops. Even at night we felt totally safe walking in this quaint neighbourhood. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

Just returned yesterday from ten amazing days in Paris, at 12 Rue Malar. Pascal was helpful and kind at every turn. We needed three return cab trips to CDG and e-mailed Pascal during our stay for help. Excellent, prompt arrangements were made on our behalf (making these reservations over the phone in French just somehow doesn't feel quite reliable.)
The apartment is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. All the beds and bedding are superb, including the pull-out couch. The apartment is clean. The neighbourhood is convenient and well-located for touring. The view and/or stroll to the Eiffel Tower is great! The photos on the website of this apartment are well representative, except the shower-over-tub DOES have a shower curtain (not pictured).
We were a party of six women. We were always comfortable and contented in this space. I highly recommend to anyone for a stay in Paris.
