Paris the city of lights. The apartment is situated on the Latin Quarter of Paris (Quartier latin) in the 5th and parts of the 6th arrondissement of Paris. It is situated on the left bank of the River Seine, around the Sorbonne University. Known for its lively atmosphere and bistros, the Latin Quarter is the home to a number of higher education establishments besides the university itself, such as the École Normale Supérieure, the École des Mines de Paris (a ParisTech institute), the Schola Cantorum, and the Jussieu university campus.

Our apartment is located in the famous Rue de la Harpe, a pedestrian cobblestoned street two-minute walk from Boulevard St. Germain in the heart of the Latin Quarter. It is within an easy stroll of Luxembourg Gardens, Notre Dame, Musee d'Orsay, the Sorbonne, Sainte-Chapelle, Jardin des Plantes,the Bastille, Marais and Isle St. Louis, etc. Fantastic location for evening strolls, boat trips, great food and wine bars all within a 10 min area. The neighbourhood is perfect. Did we mention the five-minute walk to the twice a week open air market at Place Maubert, with the most fantastic cheese shop, a must for cheese lovers.
