Guests can enjoy the stunning views from the cliff tops and many coastal paths Newquay has to offer. To the rear of the property is the Gannel Estuary, a superb place for canoeing, walking, fishing, bird watching and horse riding – the perfect place to unwind.

There is intercom security access with a designated parking space for the apartment. The apartment has easy access via a well-lit internal carpeted stairway. There are a couple of lights of stairs and this is not recommended for people with walking difficulties.
