Newly refurbished very comfortable apartment situated in a lively cosmopolitan neighbourhood just a few minutes from the underground or bus which will whisk you to all the wonderful sights of London. Just 3 stops from Paddington where there is an Express service to Heathrow Airport in just 15 mins 6 stops from Baker Street and 7 stops from Oxford Circus. Approximately 30 minutes from Victoria main train station and underground and approx 30 minutes from Kings Cross St Pancras for the Eurostar.

This duplex apartment on the third floor has a lounge with sofa bed and flat-screen TV, a separate dining area below the dome, open to the modern and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a family bathroom with WC on this floor. Stairs to the upper floor lead to two compact double bedrooms and a shower with WC. There is no lift so the apartment is not suitable for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs. The apartment has every comfort to make you feel at home in London and is perfect for a short break or longer stay.

To confirm the booking, a deposit of £200 is to be paid in advance through our bank or by paypal (Surcharge of 3.5% for paypal). It is not refundable if the booking is cancelled two weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will be used as rent.

“A real find - highly recommended.” My wife and I were amazed when we arrived here with our one-yearold son. The pictures really don't do it justice! This is a really spacious, well turned out apartment. It is set on 2 floors, the downstairs containing a decent bathroom, a living room, seperate dining area and kitchen. The dining area is set under a high dome, giving the place a great amount of light and sense of space. It was perfectly clean and the arrangements to pick up keys were very easy. I had to call Adel as I couldn't find the baby's cot (it was in a cupboard) and he was very accomodating. Only slight negatives would be the three or 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment (no fun carrying suitcases or our sturdy wee boy!) and I'd have liked it if the kitchen had been stocked with atleast some salt, pepper, sugar and a few teabags and coffee. Adel had left a welcome bottle of wine for us, though, which was a nice touch. Kilburn is a good area in itself - plenty of bars (The Betsy Smith, just across the road is great) and takeaway food. The apartment is less than a 5 min walk to Kilburn Park tube station which has you at Oxford Circus in 15 mins of the Bakerloo line. Queens Park is a 15 minute walk too. I really would recommend this place and would definitely return if we're back in London sometime. Only thing that slightly put us off before booking was a lack of reviews, so hopefully this helps!!!

“Good flat overall” I went with my wife and her parents in March 2010. The flat is a good deal especially for a group of four. LOCATION: The flat is located in Kilburn which is off the A5 and 50 feet from the 16 bus which will take you by Buckingham Palace. You are only 2 blocks from the Kilburn Park Underground line on the Bakerloo line which takes you into all the sites. The location isn't posh but it is safe. You will feel like a local as you are in a neighborhood and will probably be the only tourist there. I liked feeling like a local. There are several great restaurants nearby that have great food at a great price. We loved La Dolce Vita for Italian and Little Bay restaurant which has great food and great atmosphere for a good price (we paid £30 for dinner for two). There is a Sainsbury's about 2 blocks north. FLAT: It is a roomy 2 bed 2 bath flat. It is on the 3rd floor (4th floor to Americans). There is no elevator so I wouldn't advise it for older people. My mother in law was very tired after going up 4 flights of stairs. The flat has a nice kitchen with granite countertops. The oven was really nice as well. I only wish it had a microwave as we could have more easily warmed up leftovers from La Dolce Vita. The flat has high ceilings especially in the dining room which is the turret part of the 42 Kilburn High building. There is also one of the two bathrooms on the first floor. It has a tub/shower combo and it very nice. It also has a towel rack warmer. My only complaint is there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom which made it hard for my wife to dry her hair. Downstairs is the living room with a leather couch and chair plus heaters in every room and an extra space heater. The 36 inch flat screen TV had many channels and there is high speed wireless internet in the flat. The code is on the router by the TV. There is also a combination washer/dryer downstairs. Once we figured it out it worked really well. It does take about 2-3 hours to run a complete cycle so we would run it before heading out for sightseeing. The upstairs has the two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and heaters that work really well. The bathroom is a small shower and small sink. I really wish they included 2 towels a person. Only 4 bathroom towels for a group of 4 was not enough. And they should have had more kitchen towels as well. SERVICE: It was pretty easy to book the room. Adel has hired Madeleine which has helped with the service experience. I was even able to arrange a taxi to pick us up at Heathrow. Plus they let us have a late checkout. Overall this is a good flat for a group of 4. It isn't a luxury rental but it is clean, roomy and in a convenient location. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a flat for a good price.

“Spacious, clean apartment, v good transport links, would book again.” Very close to main line trains, buses and underground. The only things to note are there are 2 small double beds and no blinds on the velux windows in bedrooms and lots of stairs but if this doesn't matter to you it is a very comfortable place to stay. It suited us well with 2 young children having a separate lounge in the evening. The photos don't really do it justice.
