One of the main cultural and entertainment centres of Europe, London offers much choice to all of its visitors. From the theatre district, museums, and art galleries to the 24/7 nightlife London is recognised as the one of most vibrant and entertaining cities to visit for people of all ages and interests.

Central London/Zone 2

The world famous Portabello Road market and the Notting Hill area with their numerous boutiques, café’s and restaurants are a 10 minute walk away. Bayswater and Whitley’s shopping centre with its large selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and cinemas are a 10 minute bus ride away as is Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Kensington Palace and High Street Kensington. Marble Arch, Oxford street and central London is a 12 minute bus or tube ride away.

As the name suggests, Little Venice, a five minute walk away from the apartment, is interspersed with waterways. While you'll never mistake it for the Italian city, it does have some superb restaurants, bars and cafes lending the whole area a cosmopolitan, laid back vibe. Paddington Basin, a short walk from Little Venice, is currently being redeveloped on a scale to rival London's Docklands. For a scenic water-side walk, follow the canal route north-east for 2.5 miles and you'll end up in Camden where you can see the Lock and the markets, or stroll across to Regents Park and London Zoo

There is a bus stop directly outside the apartment building entrance with buses to all areas of London right on the doorstep. Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale underground stations are a short walk away.

"Comfortable flat in a nice neighbourhood"

We spent 6 days in London and stayed at this apartment. It is a cosy apartment with a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms (second one quite small) 1 bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchen had everything we would need and the living room had some interesting books ! The flat was clean, beds were good and linen clean. We felt good relaxing in the evenings and chatting over breakfast, sitting on the kitchen stools. The apartment doesn't have much of a view but is located close to bus stops. The underground station is at a distance and is 4 stops by bus. It's convenient to get to Central London from the apartment. There are shops and eating places around and a short walk takes you to Harrow Road where you have supermarkets and other stores. The building is quiet and in a residential neighbourhood. The rooms get a lot of daylight and look bright.

The owner met us briefly on arrival and was non interfering.

We had a nice stay !

"Great Flat in Maida Vale!"

Thanks to Paul for a lovely stay in his flat in Maida Vale! It was a very comfortable flat to come home to after a long day. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and comfortable beds with nice pillows and duvets. Nice modern bathroom. There were buses out front for Notting Hill Gate area and around the corner for Warwick Ave tube and or Oxford St. it was very easy to get around, and we went all over! The shops right two steps away had lots of breakfast food and good fruit. We topped our oyster cards at the shop around the corner, everything was very convenient. There were three of us adults and we heartily recommend this flat!

"Everything we needed"

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed here for 10 days when we first arrived in London for relocation. The apartment was in great condition and had everything we needed to make life convenient for us. The neighbourhood shops were more than adequate for daily necessities and we found getting to other parts of London fairly easy by bus and tube. The owner, Mr Bales, was thoughtful and accomodating.

"Fabulous flat"
