A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking, and all damages are secured against this credit card. The remaining 50% is then paid on arrival, we operate a 28 day refund policy, so long as you cancel 28 days before your arrival, you are entitled to a full refund, less a small admin fee.

When staying in West Kensington, you are but twenty minutes from all the main attractions of London; Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Picadilly Circus, the London Eye, which names just a few of the fantastic locations just a short distance from us.

Not forgetting locally, you are within walking distance of the Hight Street Kensington, Holland Park , and even Hyde Park makes for an enjoyable stroll if you have the time. Notting Hill Gate and the Portabello Markets are also easy to reach, as is the fantastic new Westfield Shopping Centre in Hammersmith.

A good public transport system also can get you to wherever you want to go, with easy routes from Heathrow and Gatwick both available.
