Tequila Wharf is in a hassle free location which is central to all means of transport in the south east. You can take the train south to Brighton, take a walk on the famous pier, or drive south to Stonehenge and explore the ancient monument. Head east out to Southend on sea and Margate classical English seaside towns.
The easy access to the motorway means that you can access many of the historical cities on the perimeter of London, Cambridge, Oxford, Tunbridge Wells and Windsor the residence of the Royal Family. There are also many fun parks to choose from or simply pop into the city centre and go sightseeing in the city centre.
The Central London/Zone 2 area
Limehouse nestles perfectly between Wapping and Canary Wharf and it has emerged as a location of choice for people working in the City or Canary Wharf. Narrow Street has many of the characteristics of Wapping, with classic warehouse conversions lining the river. In contrast to the historical riverside warehouses, Limehouse Basin has bloomed into a picturesque marina surrounded by modern, purpose-built apartments. Narrow Street boasts famous gastro pubs such as The Grapes and Gordon Ramsay’s latest eatery The Narrow.
Two stops from Bank underground station means that you can be in the city centre in minutes. Or two stops from Canary Wharf with it's may shopping malls and restaurants. Take a walk along the river an pop into one of the establish old English bars. Or take a walk along the river side all the way into the city centre. Pop into The Narrow Bar or grab the riverboat taxi and visit Greenwich or take a ride all the way up to Chelsea Harbour.

THE LOCAL UNDERGROUND STATION IS LIMEHOUSE WHICH IS EXTENSION OF THE UNDERGROUND
The apartment is very well located for getting to all the main tourist attractions in London. Two stops from the apartment and you are at The Tower of London, Tower Bridge and St. Katherine's Dock three of the major tourist attractions. Then you can walk along the river to HMS Belfast ship, The Globe Shakespeare's theatre, Tate Gallery and St. Paul's Cathedral.
The apartment is a two minute walk from Limehouse DLR station which is the new east London extension of the underground system. Two stops will take you to Bank station, change to the Central Line and 3 more stops and you are shopping in Oxford street which is the heart of the city centre, a 10 to 15 minute journey in total. Or you can catch the 15, 115 or 135 bus from outside the front door of the apartment which run 24 hours a day and be in Trafalgar Square, The Mall, Buckingham Palace in the heart of the city in 20 minutes.
Or if you travel two stops in the opposite direction you arrive at Canary Wharf with it's may shopping malls and restaurants. There is absolutely no need to have a car if you are using this apartment as for a tourist holiday in London, a 2 minute walk to the DLR (underground) and buses from the city centre 24 hours a day.
There is a Tesco supermarket 100metres from the apartment open from 7am til 11pm seven days a week.
The property is situated perfectly for swift access to Canary Wharf, Rotherhithe Tunnel and A13 for those travelling by road.
Canary wharf 2 stops, Excel Exhibition centre in 10 minutes.
From Heathrow airport, is via the underground 50mins, Piccadilly Line (dark Blue) to Acton Town Station, change onto the District Line (Green) travel to Bank station on the change to DLR line (light blue) 2 stops to Limehouse.
From Stansted airport a train takes you to Liverpool st. Station and then take a 15 bus to the door or grab a 5 min taxi ride. Gatwick airport take the train 20 mins to London Bridge and its a one stop to Bank and 2 stops to Limehouse. By road the apartment is located at the main east road out of London so it is easy access to M11 - 15mins, M2 south through the Blackwell Tunnel which is 5 minutes away. or drive onto the M25 circular road - 20mins and access any of the surrounding counties.

Guestbook for Limehouse Marina
My family, consisting of 2 adults, a 14 year old and a 12 year old stayed here for a week in early December, 2009. We found it to be a fabulous place to stay, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, transport and tourist attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and we loved the big screen TV! The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washer/dryer in the kitchen also. The shower is over the bath and requires a fairly high step to get in, so older folk should consider this. There was free internet access - great for emailing. The closest underground station was Tower Hill, about a 10 minute walk from the apartment and the Tower of London and Tower Bridge are also located there. We enjoyed being able to walk across Tower Bridge and along the Thames towards the city centre and enjoyed wandering around the St. Katherine's Dock area. The nearby Waitrose supermarket had a large range of fresh and pre-prepared food for us and the many office workers around the area and saved us a fortune by us not having to eat out in restaurants. I would strongly recommend this apartment to families who want to see as much of London as possible in a limited time due to its great location.

HOLDING DEPOSIT - HOW TO RESERVE
Should you wish to secure the apartment there is holding deposit which is 20% of the total.
You may pay the 20% holding deposit by sterling cheque posted to my home, by bank transfer or via Paypal. I do not take full payment in advance, ever. For security reasons on payments, you may call me on the telephone numbers provided. I want guests to book with 100% confidence
Check out by 12 noon and check in after 4pm. This policy is flexible so please ask if you have a special request.
Price secured at time of booking are not changable for any possible special offer rates on other dates issued at a later time for a specific month.
