Chevron is located just f20min from the Olive minutes walk from Excel Exhibition Centre and Custom House DLR Station; ten minutes drive from City Airport and Canary Wharf. All these locations are surrounded by beautiful Thames River on the old Docklands Wharf. It has easy access to all amenities, including the popular locations such Stratford and Liverpool markets for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out on the river.
It is in the backyard of Canary Wharf where most world leading corporate offices are based. It is a one storey terrace house with a compact reception leading to the living room and the stairs to the first floor level. The living room and bedrooms are furnished. One room has a double bed and the other has a trio bed with double bed at the bottom and single at the top. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two.
It is ideal for business persons, families, exhibitors and tourists. There are also many places of interest to see within this surrounding during your stay. This include the Olympic sites at Stratford, Canary Wharf, City of London and historic Greenwich.

The property has been recently refurbished. The bathroom, wash-hand basin and WC have all been replaced with new ones. The whole bathroom has also been tiled. The Lounge and the Bedrooms have insulated wooden floors. The stair is carpeted; whilst the kitchen floor is tiled and decorated with aesthetic lighting.
The whole internal walls and ceilings have been painted and decorated.

20% deposit need to be paid to hold the property and take off from the market if more than 28 days from the booking date. If on or less than 28days from booking, the whole amount need to be paid.
Conditions
£200 to be paid at check in and refunded 10 days later to ensure all bills and expenses incurred have been satisfactorily settled.

Chevron is situated in South East England / Greater London Region. Royal Victoria Docks is in Historic Docklands where many tourist attractions exist.
GREATER LONDON
Greater London is not a city in that it does not have official city status granted by the Crown. This is because one of the London boroughs, Westminster, is officially a city, as well as the City of London itself which would make such a status anomalous. Despite this, Greater London is commonly regarded as a city in the general sense of a municipality. A Lord Lieutenant of Greater London is appointed for its area, less the City of London, an area identical to the Metropolitan Police District, and for the purposes of the Lieutenancies Act 1997, this area is defined as a county.
The term "London" is normally used in reference to Greater London or to the overall conurbation, but not often to the ancient, tiny City of London in east central London. Instead, this small area is often referred to simply as "the City" or "the Square Mile" and it forms the main financial district. Archaically the urbanised area of London was known as the Metropolis. In common usage, the terms 'London' and 'Greater London' are usually used interchangeably. It is officially divided for some purposes, with varying definitions, into Inner London and Outer London. For strategic planning purposes the region is divided into the following five sub regions - South East England; Buckinghamshire; Berkshire; Hampshire and Isle of Wight with Red Funnel.
The Central London/Zone 2 / Canary Wharf area
The property is located on the London Docklands, which extends to Canary Wharf. On the old wharf are now sky scrappers housing most of the world top financial offices. There is also the Royal Victoria Dock Water Sport Centre; a regatta centre and rowing course for the Olympics. Other places of interest are the O2; Royal Business Park; Thames Barrier Park; City Airport; Brittania Village and the Excel Exhibition Centre. There is also an excellent artifical ski centre for beginners and experts nearby - contact us for more details.
Yearly, there is a village fun day, Airport funday and events at Excel Exhibitions Centre. Fireworks night and Christmas fayre events are carried out annually.
The Dock landscape from North Woolwich to the Airport, across to Excel Exhibition Centre up to Canary Wharf is a beauty to watch especially at Night.

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT METHODS
Booking is done on a first come first serve basis. A 20% non refundable deposit of booking fees would be require to get a confirmed booking. The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. Should the arrival date be less than 28 days from the booking date, full payment is required upon confirmation of booking.
A £200 security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is refundable at check-out where no damage occurred or bill incurred. However, where damages occur or bills such telephones incurred, it will require approximately 10 days to establish cost of damage (Depending on extent of damage) or bill. Refund of balance following deduction of damage cost will be refunded approximately 10 days from departure. Furthermore, the villa should be handed over in appropriate way in line with check-in inventory details with all telephone bills cleared.
There is also a cleaning fee of £100
BOOKING CAN ONLY BE FULLY CONFIRMED ONCE ALL PAYMENTS HAS BEEN FULLY PAID.
CANCELLATION AFTER CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING SHALL BE SUBJECT TO RE-LETTING PROPERTY FOR THE SAID PERIOD .
