It is at the heart of the Ashburnham Triangle Conservation Area, which is known for its period properties and is just a short walk from the centre of Greenwich. Local attractions include Greenwich Royal Park, the Royal Observatory, the Cutty Sark and the National Maritime Museum.
The property is a 5 minute walk from Greenwich Mainline and DLR train stations with easy links to both the City and central London. Direct trains are available to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Canary Wharf. Greenwich to London Bridge is an 8 minute journey.
The apartment has recently undergone complete refurbishment so it will be in immaculate condition for guests in 2009.

Greenwich is a World Heritage site famous for its maritime traditions, architecture and cultural attractions. It is the place that sets time (Greenwich Mean Time) and place (Greenwich Meridian) and is the birthplace of Henry VIII and his famous daughters Queen Mary & Queen Elizabeth I. Each Spring Greenwich sees the start of the London Marathon and just across the River Thames is the modern Docklands development with Canary Wharf and London City Airport.

Further details indoors: The apartment was completely renovated in Spring 2008 (including the exterior). The well proportioned rooms are contemporary in design with carefully chosen furniture and accessories. The open plan kitchen and living space has French doors which open on to a terrace with seating for outside dining. The two bedrooms (double & double/twin) are situated next to a good-sized, luxury bathroom which is fitted to a high specification.
This accommodation is ideal for business executives or families. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance and a qualified nanny can be available for babysitting by prior arrangement. Cot also available on request.
