Pricing & Payment
The prices of Apartments will be quoted in the local currency of the Apartment location. Rates are based on nightly and/or seven-night stay and will include all taxes and services except telephone usage. All payments must be made in UK Pounds sterling. Prices may be subject to currency fluctuation, however, when accommodation has been paid in full, there will be no increase.
Payment methods and procedures
A 40% deposit is required to make a confirmed booking. For bookings in excess of four weeks, the deposit required will be equivalent to one week's rent. The balance is due and payable no later than one month prior to date of arrival and will be automatically debited if a credit card is provided for payment.
As the policies vary from Apartment Providers, guests are provided with the applicable Terms & Conditions of the Apartment Provider.
Credit / Debit Cards:
We accept all major credit and debit cards. A 2% surcharge is added to payments made by Credit Card and non-UK Debit card, except for Amex and Diners cards (which convey a 4% surcharge). There is a 1%surcharge for payments made with a UK debit card.
Bank Transfer:
If payment is arranged via a Bank transfer, the customer will be responsible for any additional bank fees incurred. Please request our bank details though our reservations team.
Security Deposit
Credit Card imprints may be required on or prior to arrival to cover the cost of any phone calls or extras. Telephone accounts and any extras must be settled in full prior to departure.
An additional security deposit may be required for some Apartments for protection against unforeseen damage to the property and/or its contents. Security Deposits, if applicable, will be taken by the Apartment Provider at time of guest arrival, usually with a credit card imprint. You will be notified if this is applicable.
Booking Confirmation
A booking confirmation is automatically emailed upon receipt of the deposit and credit card details. A final confirmation is sent after the balance payment is taken.
The booking cannot be guaranteed until a deposit or advanced payment has been received.
If the client did not receive a confirmation 24 hours after the booking has been made, it will be the responsibility of the client to contact us.
Check in / Check out
In most cases, check in is after 2.00 pm and check out is before 11.00 am.
Key Collection
Key collection varies from property to property and not all properties offer a 24 hour check in facility.
We require guest arrival and departure details, in order to advise the Apartment Provider of when to expect guests and to organize key collection.
Cancellation and amendments
To cancel a reservation you must do so in writing to Greenstone Estates or by email Cancellations made directly with the apartments or by telephone will not be effective.
A 20.00 pound administration charge will be charged for any amendment made to a booking that has been confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
- More than one month prior to arrival date:
In the event of cancellation once a confirmed reservation has been made 1 days rental will be forfeited.
-Less than one month prior to arrival date:
For cancellation or non-arrival a charge equivalent to the full stay will apply. A partial refund may be made if the apartment is re-let for those dates.
