A bright and beautifully presented 2 double bedroom garden apartment in a great location, just minutes away from Maida Vale Station, and Queens Park Station, whilst the motorist can find easy access to the A40 and M1 for routes into and out of Central London.

The apartment benefits from a superb open plan kitchen/lounge leading via double doors to its own private garden which features wood decking and surface mounted up and under bench lighting which provides an excellent space to relax for adults or place to play for children

Queens Park is a delightful area in its own right. There are numerous restaurants/cafes/bars within minutes of the apartment.Two very popular restaurants are Ostuni bar Ristorante and the Cedar Lebanese restaurant.

Then there is Queen's Park itself whose facilities include six all-weather tennis courts, a pitch and putt course, a pétanque pitch, an ornamental garden, a children's playground with paddling pool, a small zoo and a café.

On Sundays between 10am and 2pm there is a wonderful farmers market, which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment, which serves great food and is a great place for a sunday meander especially if you don't want to travel too far afield

The apartment is in a great location with access to Oxford Street, Regent Street and Hyde Park within minutes by bus or tube. The apartment is a great base from which to explore London, West End, Westminster (the Abbey, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament), Buckingham Palace, London Eye, South Bank (concert halls, theatres, galleries and cinemas) the Imperial War Museum etc

Little Venice is nearby which offers a lovely walk along the canal. Clifton Road has some lovely deli's and gift shops. Regents park is not too far away either and neither is Camden Town which offers a heady mix of bars, market, restaurants, clothes shops, shoe shops and plenty more
