"Nice apartment, good value for money"
Our family of 5 people stayed at the Brompton Park Crescent for 3 nights in July. The rooms are in good size and having two bath/shower rooms is a bonus for a large family like us. Facilities are all well equipped but as we did not do any cooking so can't comment on that.
The gentlemen named Nick who received us upon our arrival was very friendly and we felt welcome. He also showed us the walking path to the Fulham Broadway station (we could not see on Google map) where there are many shops/supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. That is a very nice area for dinning, having a pint and that sort of thing. We would not have found out if Nick did not tell us. It is relatively close to West Brompton station but the walking path along that street is a bit boring
One minus of the apartment is that it is close to the railway therefore it can be noisy if you open the windows or doors to the balcony. During our stay the weather was very warm, 28degree, so we need to open the windows during the night to get some air flow and it was a bit noisy. Perhaps it would be a perfect choice if the weather is a bit cooler.
Having said that, if you ask me whether I would come back there again. Yes. I like the area and the apartment and the convenience so it is still a good choice

"Very good accommodation in a great area"
Despite the very short notice of three days prior to our intended arrival Mr. Huntington was available via mobile phone immediately, facilitated with the booking procedure and supported us in solving a PayPal problem when transferring the rent. We appreciated his help very much!
We had been asked to confirm the exact arrival time two hours in advance to one of his employees, who then met us in front of the Brompton Park Crescent compound. He explained the gate access, showed us the apartment and all its facilities. There was also a small folder with all relevant info (wifi key, local map, TV Programme info, etc). His employee also showed us around the neighbourhood and suggested a helpful shortcut to Fulham Broadway tube station and the surrounding area where a lot of shops, pubs and restaurants are located. There one can easily get all groceries needed or get a pint before starting off into the night.
The apartment was exactly as described. It has a lot of room to accommodate for up to six people, two bathrooms, a large living room with two Sofas and a big table. The kitchen is also good Standard with all utilities as described. We enjoyed our stay very much and were happy about the good tube connection into the city centre.
On departure day we left the keys on the living room table as agreed, payment of the safety deposit was made immediately afterwards via PayPal.
We can highly recommend the apartment and the area, which is very lovely also for kids and safe at night as well.

"Comfort and convenient"
Brompton Park Crescent was an ideal place to stay for a visit to London. Close to Tube station, restaurants and bars in walking distance and had all the amenities we needed. After a long day of sightseeing it was always a great place to come back to after a tiring day. While we only used the kitchen for breakfast, the kitchen had everything to make a descent meal. I would consider Brompton Crescent for a future trip with all my kids or friends again!

"Perfectly clean and a lot more space than expected"
We are a family from Italy and have three kids, which usually means when we go for a holiday or a shopping trip that we never have enough space in the regular hotel rooms and we need to rent two rooms. That is expensive. This time my teenage daughter had a friend with her as well. We checked for holiday flats and we found this place.
It is in a totally secured area in the centre of London. There is a security guard there at all times, day and night. This means adults can also go out without the teens sometimes and still know they are safe. There is a bus connection to any place we wanted to go. The underground is nearby as well. Taxis are also available everywhere and tons of shops for the necessary things are just around the corner, including a lot of restaurants with different foods from different countries.
The flat is on the third floor and there is a lift. The owner was there on time to hand us the key and he is a very friendly and helpful man. He took out his time to explain us everything and answered all our questions and as we were there with 3 teens and our small son, we needed to know a lot :)
In the flat are two bedrooms, two fully equiped bathrooms, a really nice kitchen (everything works fine) and a living room. All that was pretty big for an English flat. Honestly speaking we expected less due to the photos and due to what English houses usually have, spacewise. When we arrived we found very clean beds, rooms and bathrooms. The beds were made and in the wardrobe (a big one) we found extra blankets and sheets..to change, which was not necessary. The kitchen has everything a kitchen has at home as well, nothing missing and that includes a washing machine. I only used it for cooking once because of all the good restaurants in London, such as Garfunkels, steak houses, Indian restaurants, Mexican ones.. . We had home delivery a few times as well and as the kitchen had everything it was also fun to eat at the flat sometimes after an exhausting day in busy London, especially when the small one was really tired for a change :)
We will definately not go to any hotel when we go on city trips again. That is just wasting money and its a hassle to keep breakfast timings, dinner timings...this is just so much easier and also cheaper. This holiday flat was a really good experience and we will go back there in spring 2013. Besides the fun, Italy is just so much more expensive for shopping than London. There are Lacoste shops which are much cheaper, Quick Silver shops for the teens for half the price, Disney stores for the little ones which are really cool, a sports clothes supply shop at Piccadilly circus which is unbelievable cheap...London is perfect for shopping and in our case, it saved us money.
When we left there after one week of great time, the owner told us to just leave the key in the flat and one day later he sent us a mail asking where to send the deposit back. We got the money back immediately and even though my little son had broken a drawer in the kitchen which he opened to stand on it for opening the fridge, there were no complaints from the owner. He said, it can happen with kids. He didnt even deduct the few pounds for fixing from our deposit because he didnt bother for that really little amount and we got the full deposit back. Oh, I almost forgot: There is free wifi in the flat, which is a "must" when you travel with teens. The TV with Sky hanging on the living room wall also helped to entertain them. We had a really good time there and will definately go back whenever we go to London.

"Great Location, Good Value & Excellent Communication"
The property is in a great location, perfect for the purpose it was booked for. Property was clean, security was great both for car and apartment. Free Wifi, Sky... no hidden extra's.
Kitchen was really above standard and well equiped and delighted to find a few loo rolls, dishwasher powder etc so we didn't need to buy these just for a few days.
Booking was really easy and Peter was so very helpful!
If I had to give a negative, bedlinen could do with some updating so matched throughout the apartment and a bedside light in each room would have been helpful.
We will book again for our next trip to London.
