When four are sharing, a choice of the entire flat £200 per night) or to the use of the double sofa-bed.£170 per night) Limiting the second bedroom and bathroom reduces the cost substantially.(£30 off per night)

This apartment is in Zone 2 which although defined as Central London is not as noisy. Most people who stay in this apartment prefer to be slightly out of the busiest area. It takes approximately 15min to get into the very central part of London, and there are lovely local restaurants, coffee shops and pubs also at the end of the road. Queens Park underground station is on the Bakerloo line which goes to Paddington, Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus directly. This apartment is a 2min walk away from this underground station and bus stops. The bus also takes you directly to Oxford Circus.

"A great place to stay"

My wife, brother-in-law and his partner stayed at 92 BR for 5 nights and could not fault it. The location was excellent, less than 20 minutes by tube to Trafalgar Square. Queens Park was ideal, plenty of restaurants, pubs, etc. and it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Debi was great, she greeted us on the day we arrived, suggested places to eat, etc. and even arranged for a cab to take us to Heathrow on our departure. The apartment was ideal for two couples, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a large living area and a great courtyard to enjoy the summer weather. It could not have been better.

"Disappointment"

I rent this property out through 2 sites. It's always very busy with many regulars and I have never had a bad review- until now. I have had people stay from every country, every age with differing tastes, standards and cultures. I pride myself in keeping my guests happy.
I intentionally priced this rental competitively for Central London so that people feel like they are getting good value for money. I am a professional photographer and I could have taken unrealistic pictures of this apartment but I have purposely taken these pictures so people can see exactly what they are getting.
At first meeting both the reviewer and his family behaved towards me in both an unfriendly and unprofessional manner. Their attitude was unacceptable in any culture. Their list of issues was delivered as a verbal attack.
I attempted to go through their list but then called both my handyman and my partner to try to communicate with them. This large Victorian house was built in 1900 and it was fully refurbished last year for this exact purpose, holiday lettings. My handyman is on call 24 hours a day. If anything is not working or a guest cannot work out how to use something one or both of us are there immediately.
Their list of complaints boiled down to two very minor but genuine points, the rest are either untrue, or are down to their inability to use the services and equipment. Everything could have easily been sorted for them if they had allowed us to show them how everything worked.For the record we did have a small leak from the flat upstairs before the reviewers visit and were waiting for it to dry out before touching up the ceiling corner. The seal on a never unused freezer was broken and has since been removed. In truth everything worked fine.
On first meeting it was obvious by their approach and their 'criticisms' they were not genuinely dissatisfied with my apartment. I offered to give them their money back and find somewhere else but they refused point blank. It was clear to me their motive was simply to say they were totally dissatisfied to try to get a hefty discount. In fact the reviewer then told me they were going to try to get Holiday Lettings, after their holiday and their return to Israel to give them a full refund!
I am genuinely sad our paths ever crossed.

"Would we stay here again: yes, definitely"

Just the two of us in three large downstairs rooms and sitting-out space. (Too cold on October!) Radiator heating very effective. Good for family but six adults would have to be very friendly and wardrobe space rather limited then. Simple getting-in but not suitable for disabled I think. No noisy neighbours. Comfortable beds (a pull-out we didn't use in the living / kitchen) Convenient shops / cafes - local 5 minutes and High Street (M&S: Banks etc) 12 minutes walk the other way. Very convenient for Oyster card on Tube (some trains start from here), accessing the Overground and buses into The City. (Maps recommended.) Helpful hosts -still on speaking terms even when we left too late and the cleaners and the next guests had arrived together! Mini-cab to Heathrow only GBP33.
