We are delighted to be able to offer this beautiful and luxurious apartment which is perfect for couples or professionals that wish to visit London for a short romantic break or for an important business trip. The property is private, comfortable and ultra-modern inside, with everything that one needs for the perfect stay. The apartment is situated in a quiet and leafy tree-lined street just minutes from the famous Oval cricket ground, with excellent transport links to the heart of Central London which is just a 10 minute journey away. Within walking distance from the apartment are some fantastic bars, restaurants and shops, plus there is an award winning park just minutes from the property for those romantic strolls.

The entire space is light and sunny, tastefully furnished with maple wood flooring throughout.

The living area comes with a large and very comfortable sofa & dining table. It is large and well equipped with plenty of gadgets, including a brand new & very large (120cm) flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. For music lovers we also have an iPod docking station. Secure wireless Internet access is provided throughout the property.

The quiet double bedroom overlooks the garden, and has an attached shower & wet-room with washbasin and toilet.

The property has everything one needs to prepare a wholesome meal as the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, and high quality (Bosch) dishwasher to save on the time spent washing up. There is also an oven, microwave oven and stove. There is a separate utility room containing a Bosch washing machine and dryer, plus an iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment. The apartment also benefits from a fully integrated central heating system.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged if required.

Ravensdon Street is quiet and leafy and there are restaurants, a bank, dry cleaning, post office and a bookshop nearby. There is also a large Tesco supermarket close by, which is useful for stocking up an all of your holiday essentials. Kennington Park is an award winning park, and is just a five minute stroll away.

The nearest tube/underground station is Kennington Station, just a five minute walk away, and from there it is just 5 minutes (2 stops) to Embankment Station, which is right at the heart of London's West End. If you prefer to travel by bus the area is served by local buses which also go into the West End, the City and beyond.

Eurostar at St Pancras Station is eight stops on the Northern Line (twenty minutes). Heathrow Airport is accessible on the Northern/Piccadilly line (one hour), and Gatwick Airport can be reached via Victoria Station, on the Gatwick Express (every fifteen minutes). Waterloo Station is ten minutes away on the 59 bus, or a fifteen minute walk.

"Fantastic Apartment in great neighbourhood"

We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic apartment in Kennington. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and modern. It is in a quiet and leafy neighborhood, very close to a tube station and buses, and there are great restaurants and coffee shops in the area. We would definitely recommend this cozy apartment to friends and family.
