The London region
Hampstead is one of the most sought after areas of North West London and the most expensive. The area is an ancient hill village located at the highest point in London with a history spanning a thousand years. Hampstead is a strictly controlled conservation area with the Heath under the governance of the Corporation of London, therefore its character and style has remained largely unchanged with new development rarely seen. Its postcode is NW3 and includes other popular enclaves bearing the same such as Belsize Park Swiss Cottage and of course the ever popular Primrose Hill with its wonderful park offering stunning views across the City with numerous landmarks in sight. Many restaurants and famous pubs include, Jack Straws Castle, The Spaniards Inn, The Old Bull and Bush and The Flask in the centre of the village. There is also the Screen on the Hill on Haverstock Hill. Summer is a great time in Hampstead with various activities at the Heath and the superb concerts at Kenwood that create the unique ambience Hampstead has to offer .

Due to its increasing popularity the area has become a fashionable and sought after part of North West London. There is an excellent selection of local amenities to include the nearby Hampstead Heath with its wide ranging sport and leisure facilities and the charming atmosphere of Hampstead Village. Central London is all but a short commute with the local tube providing quick and convenient access.
