Thank you for viewing my property. I have set my "minimum stay" to 3 nights so that you have a chance to see my listing when searching for properties. But my "minimum stay" varies from time to time. So for now, please contact me to confirm your pricing and booking requirements and I will do my best to help you.

This is perfect for a family holiday or corporate rentals, an ideal self-catering 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom secure apartment.

The Apartment:

- Spacious with floor to ceiling windows in the Lounge.

- Guests are always impressed with the amount of light in the apartment.

- Boasts a modern décor.

- Modern open-plan kitchen.

- Master double bedroom with wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.

- Second double bedroom with wardrobe.

- Second bathroom.

- Doors from the lounge lead directly onto a private balcony that provides a view of the Canary Wharf skyline.

Just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, hop on the Central Line (London Underground Station) and one of Europe's largest shopping centre's, Westfield, is 3 minutes away. Westfield offers you every possible need you desire for shopping (a few examples: H&M, GAP, Hobbs, Boss, Karen Millen, Lacoste, Armani Jeans), Banking, Grocery Stores, Hair Dressers, Health & Beauty, Kids Shops, Music Shops, Book Shops, luxury bowling at All Star Lanes and Vue Cinema (17 screens - one of the largest in Europe). For food and dining out, Westfield is home to more than fifty cafes and restaurants, such as Nando's, GBK, Jamie's Italian, Strada and Pizza Express to name a few.

The apartment also offers excellent transport links via bus and tube. Recent guests have told us that they got to various attractions in no time at all. To name a few popular destinations: London's Selfridges - 15 minutes, The Ritz for the very British Afternoon Tea - 20 minutes, London Eye - 15 minutes, Canary Wharf (the Manhattan of London) - 10 minutes, Bank of England - 8 minutes, London Bridge and the London Dungeon - 12 minutes, Hyde Park - 19 minutes, Buckingham Palace 20 minutes.

For business - Canary Wharf and Bank are a short ride away on the London Underground and Docklands Light Railway.

Our guests usually land at Heathrow, City, Stansted or Gatwick Airport and all have arrived with ease at our apartment using over ground train services and the London Underground. No need for taxis!

The apartment is within 5 minutes walk from Mile End (Central Line) and Bow Road (District Line) Tube Stations on the London Underground. The apartment is within 7 minutes walk from Bow Church Station on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR).

Included with apartment:

Full central heating, all bills (utilities), TV, DVD player, washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron, fully integrated kitchen (including dish washer) with microwave, kettle, toaster and cutlery. Dining seating for 4, sleeps maximum of 4. Linen and towels provided. Balcony / Terrace.

Check-in is at 3:00pm (15:00)

Check-out is at 11:00am

Following confirmation of your reservation, a rental agreement relating to your reservation will be emailed to you for your records.

Minimum age requirement is 18 – in other words, we must have at least one responsible adult making the booking and staying at the apartment.

ID – in order to Check-in to the apartment at the beginning of your stay, a proof of ID in the form of a Passport from the person who made the booking is required at Check-in. Unfortunately to protect everyone, you will not be permitted to Check-in to the apartment without this ID requirement and any monies you have paid to date will be non-refundable.

For peace of mind for all concerned, a Check-in and Check-out inventory will be carried out. To save time this is done by video.

This apartment is offered on a self-catering basis only. So that we can return the security deposit within 48 hours of checkout, please return the apartment back to us at check-out in the same condition as the apartment was in at check-in. We've had many Guests over the past years and 99% opt for the self-clean option to keep costs down. But if you require a check-out cleaner instead, please confirm so in advance at the time of booking / reserving the apartment, the cost is £150.00 – note that if you have confirmed the check-out cleaner option, you are agreeing for £150.00 to be paid in advance at the time of your booking.

Please check-in and check-out on time (we live and work a fair distance away, but will always check you in personally). We will take you around the whole apartment at check-in and provide you with manuals and details of how to use the amenities as if it is your own home!

Due to circumstances beyond my control at present, I am unable to offer Check-ins prior to 3pm. The only way to guarantee a Check-in time prior to 3pm (but no earlier than 11am) is to book one additional day to your original itinerary. E.g. if you needed a 11am Check in and you were originally planning on staying for 7 nights, say from 15th Feb (Check-in) to 22nd Feb (Check-out) – to ensure an early check in at 11am on 15th Feb you would need to book 8 nights from 14th Feb (Check-in) to 22nd Feb (Check-out).

The following fees apply:

- £50 Late check-in fee is payable if checking in after 5:00pm

- £50 Delayed check-in fee is payable if you arrive at the apartment more than two hours later than the scheduled or agreed time

- £100 Missed check-in penalty fee is payable if you do not turn up for check-in on the correct day

- £100 Delayed check-out fee is payable if you leave the apartment later than 11:00am on the day of checkout
