This is a cozy and bright one bedroom apartment in South Hampstead, in North-West Central London, between two tube stations - St Johns Wood and Swiss Cottage, on Jubilee Line, in Zone 2.

It is close to Baker Street, Regents Park and London Zoo, all of which can be walked to in about 30 minutes, or a short bus ride. It is also just about 20 minutes walk from Abbey Road Studios, London Cricket Grounds, Wellington Hospital.

If you are taking the tube - tube ride of just 5 minutes gets you to Bond Street (on Oxford Street), it takes 7 mins on the tube to Green Park (Buckingham Palace just across the park), and 9 mins tube ride to Westminster (Big Ben, Houses of Parliament) etc.

There are seven bus routes just a couple of minutes from the flat - to Oxford Street and Marble Arch it takes about 20 minutes, a bit longer to Trafalgar Square and Westminster; 15-20 mins by bus to Camden or Notting Hill.

It is very cozy and comfortable flat, with one double bedroom, and a separate living room, with a pull out sofa. Both rooms are south east facing and very light, sunny and airy, as you can see on the photos. The flat is suitable for two guests, or up to three or four guests if you want to use the pull out sofa in the living room.

In the bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of draws, extra linen and towels if needed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as two small balconies. This is a non-smoking flat but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

The flat is on a quiet, green and leafy street, but close to multiple transport links with easy access to other parts of London. It is very safe and convenient. I's in an apartment building on the fifth (top) floor, and a small lift is available. The flat is suitable for people who want to visit London, or those who are in London for work, because of it's proximity and great connections with any other part of town - both historical and other tourist parts, as well as the City and other business districts.

INCLUDED for guests to use:

- Unlimited WiFi

- Goose feather duvets and pillows

- Cotton bedding and fresh cotton towels

- Iron and ironing board

- A small hair drier

- Umbrellas

- Washing machine

The flat is in a really well connected location, with multiple TUBE and BUS routes, as well as one train station (on a London Overground network).

WALKING DISTANCE - You can walk to London Zoo, Regent's Park, Abbey Road Studios, Lords Cricket Grounds, Baker Street, Hampstead or Primrose Hill in 20-30 minutes.

TUBE - The tube stations are in Zone 2, and are 10-12 minutes walk from the flat (St John's Wood and Swiss Cottage). From one of these stations it takes only 5-9 minutes on the tube to Bond Street (on Oxford Street, close to Marble Arch and Hyde Park), Green Park (across the park is Buckingham Palace), Westminster (Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, London Eye), etc..

BUS - If you prefer using buses - there are 7 different bus routes less then 5 minutes from the flat. On some of these buses you would get to Oxford Street in 20 minutes if the traffic is ok, or Piccadilly Circus or Trafalgar Square in about 30 minutes. So there are 6 buses going to the very centre/tourist attractions, and another bus going directly to Notting Hill or Camden Town - in the opposite direction.

The bus stops for all the buses are less than 5 minutes walk from the flat.

FOOD & DRINK + Entertainment & Fitness

The flat is on a quiet street, but here are a number of shops, pubs and restaurants just a few minutes away from the flat.

A gastro pub called the Salt House (where you may spot an occasional celebrity), and also Asian, Indian, Lebanese, Italian and Spanish restaurants are just five minutes away, as well as a Italian Deli with homemade food, and a couple of cafes.

There are several small shops (open 24/7) and a Tesco supermarket, on the way to Swiss Cottage station. There is an ATM next to Tesco. There are three larger supermarkets (Marks and Spencer's, Waitrose and Sainsbury's) 10-15 minutes away, as well as many other shops and restaurants on Finchley Road.

en minutes away are two cinemas (ODEON Swiss Cottage, and VUE Cinema Complex), and Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre (with a swimming pool, climbing wall, gym, baby gym and various classes) is five minutes away.

PARKS AND NEIGHBOURHOODS

Regents Park, Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath, are parks which are within 30 minutes walking distance, or a short bus ride away. London has some amazing parks, and I would highly recommend exploring these, in any weather but especially if the sun is shining.

Hampstead Village, St John's Wood High Street and Primrose Hill Village are nice areas to go for a walk, browse in local shops and boutiques or sit in a cafe and watch the London life pass by. (and when you get to Primrose Hill, which is about 25 minutes away from here, you are only another 10 minutes walk from Camden High Street).

In a nutshell – there is plenty to do around here should you wish to stay near home, and it is also easy to access other parts of London that you may wish to visit.

"Great flat, great location"

The flat was great, and along with Dejana's help we felt right at home the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, with only a 5 minute walk to the nearest shop, and a 15 minute walk to the high street it was easy to find everything we wanted. The flat was clean and tidy when we arrived and Dejana was on hand to help us with anything we may have needed throughout our stay. Perfect flat is you are looking for a weekend away or are in London for business.

Thanks Charlie, it was a pleasure to have you stay!

"we had a very comfortable stay""

Dejana who is the owner of this apartment is extremely kind, polite and a very nice person. Apartment is very clean , fresh and well decorated with very comfortable beds. Everything is very organized and pictures shown in the website are true pictures. Apartment is in extremely good neighborhood and well contacted via buses and underground. In addition, the owner makes you really feel at home and she is very helpful and always ready to do something for the guest. I would certainly come back to stay here. I had a very good time.
