The South East England region

Hampstead is one of the most characterful, elegant leafy residential London suburbs yet extremely well connected with tube, buses and overground to central London. Bond Street , Piccadilly and Oxford Street can be reached in less then 15 minutes tube ride and the flat is well positioned for transport hubs and shopping facilities.

Close to Belsize Park tube station with Northern Line and Jubilee line on Swiss Cottage. There are also numerous buses leading to the City and West End and overground at Hampstead Heath offers good connections with West, East and Central London locations .

The area is also full of god sport facilities, yoga centres , health food shops and excellent restaurants.

It may suits families with children as there are plenty of green spaces and children's playgrounds. The Regent's Park Zoo and fashionable Primrose Hill are both on walking distance but can be easily reached by bus or tube if walking is not your preferable option.

Lord's cricket grounds and St John's Wood is also on a walking distance.

"Great location, but tired apartment, not as good as the pictures would suggest."
