The property is compact about 35 m2. It would suit a family of 2 Adults with up to 3 children, provided 2 of the children are small. The Double bed can be separated by sliding doors for privacy. The full size single bed and small double sofa bed are both in the sitting room. This flat would be suitable for short periods for a maximum of 4 adults, if 2 of the adults shared the double bed. The kitchen and bathroom are in separate rooms and the bathroom has a full size bath and a shower. There is a very small balcony.

"Good value for money"

My family stay at this apartment at the end of February. We live in the same area but our place is small for all of us, so having a place for them close by was brilliant. The flat was very clean and is very well communicated with the public transport and the local shops, bars and cafes. Very good location as a staying base and move around London, if you are coming for work or holidays, without having to stay in the centre of London. The collection of keys and check out was very smootly and the owner very easy to deal with. We tried to rent another place in the same area before and we were let down by the owners mis-communication and messing around so we were a bit worry that will happen the same again. To the contrary this was much better option so overall we're very pleased. We will be happy to rent it again in the future and definately will recommend it to friends.

"Scariest decision to book online... Best decision we ever made!!"

Like the previous review, we too were very apprehensive about booking accommodation online but made a decision based on other guests ratings..... Best decision we ever made. There was more than enough room for the two of us and our WHOLE lives from Australia (5 suitcases).
It was well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, modern stove top and oven, kitchen ware and appliances, hair dryer, free wifi, linen and plenty more that helped make the stay comfortable. The only negative thing I could say about the apartment (and this is just being ridiculously picky) was that the bed was very squeaky.
The apartment was in a quiet street, well lit at night time and plenty of young families walking around during the day. There was a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station (district line) and bus stop, grocery store on the corner and a 10 minute walk to the high street.
The owner was easy to contact and worked around our arrival and departure times. He was also very helpful when we needed to extend our stay by another night
I recommend this place to anyone else who visits London and doesn't want to pay a ridiculous amount of money

"Awesome"

I was scared at first to book through Internet for a place I did not see before but after some email exchange with the Owner I decide to book. Thank God I booked this place! I have so many nice things to say I don't know where to start. I had a wonderful trip and this place was a huge part of it.
The location is about 7 mn walk to the East Putney tube station, 5 mn walk to the grocery store and about 20 mn walk from the main street with everything you will need and more!
The place was quiet, comfortable, really clean and the Owner provides towels, toilet paper, soap, hair dryer, dishwasher, cable tv, wifi, washing machine/dyer, fridge and many other useful things.
I stayed there for 2 weeks, one with my boyfriend and one on my own. I was not worried about my security at anytime. I really felt like I was at home no stress.

The Owner was very helpful as it was my first stay in London. It was really easy to contact him and he was very accommodating.

I can't wait to book this place again!

Quiet, clean, very good equipped apartment (including free WIFI) for affordable price.

About five minutes' walk from underground station.

The owner very nice person, responsive and helpful.

"Best Kept Secret..."

I stayed here for a week in October and everything was exactly as I'd hoped! The location was ideal, very close to the tube, but away from the London bustle. The apartment size was larger than average, spotlessly clean, safe and in a quiet neighbourhood and building. The condition of the whole apartment was great. Towels, dishes, sheets, soap, and toilet paper were provided.

The owner was pleasant, accommodating and very helpful to deal with throughout my stay and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay a descent amount of time in London.

The location is less than five minutes walking distance from Putney East tube station, as well as coffee shops, groceries, internet cafes, and pharmacies are all just around the corner.

We'd do it again in a heartbeat!
