Up a few steps from the street the apartment has a double bedroom with a king size bed, closet and French doors leading to a small sunny private terrace. The second bedroom, which has a single bed and closet also has French doors leading to the same terrace. Both bedrooms face the back and are very quiet. The totally white tiled bathroom is brand new and very modern and offers a bath and overhead power shower plus hand-held shower, sink and WC. The kitchen, again very modern and extremely well equipped has all the appliances you would expect to find in a superior holiday apartment plus a handy serving hatch to the sitting room. The sitting room itself is delightful and bright with a bay window facing the front and the addition of double glazing offers terrific insulation. The sitting room also has a sofa bed to accommodate the fourth guest, a comfy chair, a round glass dining table with four chairs, coffee tables and a large flat screen Smart TV.

There are beautiful and historic squares off the main drag and here you will also find some of the many museums, antique shops, clubs and bars. Plenty of buses serve the area and Knightsbridge, the River Thames, Fulham and South Kensington are all a short walk away

"location OK, service can be improved."
Our family of four booked the apartment for 2 weeks initially at Fulham, thinking the property looked fresh and modern from the posted photos. During our stay, we found the flat a bit small. Also because it was right on a bus route, our son who slept in the front room found it very noisy. Location was good for shopping as it was not far from the shops in Kings Road, One must, however, learn to use buses though, otherwise walking to Earl's Court tube station is some 25 mins each way. Wi-fi is provided but connection is poor and unreliable. Cooking equipment and utensils were on the minimal side. We found there was only a small 4 in. knife and a bread knife when we arrived, with no serving dish, casserole dish or mixing bowl of any kind. Our first request for a meat knife and one more chopping board was answered swiftly , but when we asked for a couple of serving plates / cooking dishes, there was a real reluctance to help. The real problem arose when we found there was an ignition problem with the hobs and no extra sheets or towels to change. These requests were completely side-stepped to start with. Instead, we were told to use matches for the stoves instead. Sheets and towels were completely ignored until we said we would like to extend our stay for another 5 nights but might decline to do so because of the lack of sheets and towels.....2 more bath towels were then brought in and sheets washed for us. All in all, we found the service rather poor.
