It is situated in the central West London-Zone 2 and is perfect for Couples or ideal for Families. Sleeps up to 3.Good for city breaks, walking holidays and entertainment in the West End.
The apartment has well-appointed furniture and a double bed room, a separate kitchen, hall, bathroom, and a large main living room. The living room is well equipped including a TV, a big 2 seater sofa bed, 2 sets of chest drawers, large mirror wall storage, a beautiful glass dining table with 4 chairs.
The apartment also has a small balcony looking over towards the River Thames.
The apartment is ideally located between Hammersmith and Chiswick (both 5-10 mins walk) in west London and has excellent transport links into central London Zone 1, there are 2 tube stations within 5 mins walk which give access to central London (S. Kensington 20 mins, Victoria / West End, Westminster, Tower bridge, London Eye, and museums 30 mins) and beyond to the Olympic Stadium. Heathrow airport is 20-30 mins away by tube and car. For relaxing walks the river Thames path and pubs on the river are 10 mins away. There are many good quality restaurants nearby, a supermarket, and beautiful parks, including Ravenscourt Park with children playground is on the doorstep.
This apartment is in a purpose built private block on the 3rd floor, and it benefits from secure access, a 24-hour porters and lifts services and car parking is available on nearby streets.

The property is in a nice residential area with excellent transport links. Very close to a very good quality restaurants and pubs. A supermarket and Ravenscourt park (with children's playground) can also be found 3 minutes walk. Also can walk along the River Thames(10 munities walk). and the famous London Wetland Centre is about 20 munities walk. And 10-15 munities walk to Chiswick high street etc.

We happily accept payment by bank transfer, PayPal (standard 3.4% surcharge applies for PayPal. There is no charge for bank transfer).
A 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking, where a receipt/booking contract will then be issues.
There is a standard Refundable Breakages Deposit of £250 required on arrival, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure, subject to an inventory and damage check.
The rate covers: a welcome pack, clean linen & towels and all utilities. There is a additional £50 charge to clean the property once you have checked out, which is paid at the time of booking. Alternatively the holiday maker can clean the property themself before checking out.
Please bring a photocopy of a pictured ID of the person in whose name the reservation was made when you check in.
The South East England / London region
London has something to offer everyone - majestic stately houses, historical parks and a zoo, world famous museums and art galleries and bustling shopping districts like Oxford Circus, Bond Street, Covent Garden, Piccadilly, Leicester Square and Carnaby Street.
You can also visit Buckingham Palace, and many other historic buildings/ houses to like Hampton Court Palace, Kensington palace, Regents Park which and also the Tower of London, the palace of Westminster, Big Ben and St Paul’s Cathedral...

London also boasts a large selection of museums and art galleries. The Victoria & Albert Museum, The Science Museum and The Natural History Museum are all in easy reach of the apartment in about 15-20 Mins.
There are many of free galleries that are very easy to access using the great public transport networks including buses, tubes and London’s Black cabs. You can take a taxi boat along the river Thames to visit the Tate Gallery past the Houses of Parliament on the South bank where there are a wealth of restaurants, cafes, market stalls and street performers as well as the London Eye and London Aquarium.
London is also a great place for shopping.. Whether you want to shop for luxury goods at Selfridges or Harrods, the high street shops in Oxford Street, the vintage shops at Covent Garden or explore the stalls of Brick lane, Camden and Borough markets, it is all at your door step.

The Central London/Zone 2 area
Hammersmith is a very convenient and central base for visiting London. The apartment is a 3 mins walking distance to Ravenscourt park with childrens playground and cafe. Chiswick High street, Hammersmith Broadway, and the river Thames are all 10 mins walk, and the famous 'Wetland Centre' is also within a walking distance.
The shopping areas of Kensington High Street, Chelsea Kings Road, Knightsbridge, Oxford street are just 20/30 Minutes bus ride; Westfield Shopping Centre ( the largest in Europe) can also be easily walked to or 5-10 minutes bus/tube ride. There are several Supermarkets conveniently located close to the apartment. A Tesco Metro is directly across the street, and there is a very large Tesco's Supermarket a 10 minutes bus ride on Shepard's Bush road.
The Apartment is situated in a desirable location in one of the major entertainment and business hubs of London. Just a short walk away to many good quality restaurants , pubs/bars, etc. The Hammersmith Apollo and the Lyric Theatre are both within easy reach.
Hammersmith and Charing Cross Hospitals are close by.
