There is a nice balcony with a bench where you can relax with morning coffee. The flat is on the third and top floor and has plenty of light. There are two double beds, and one small double bed (4' wide and 6'3 long).
Third and fourth floor apartment with split levels. Access by wide stair way with security access to building.
The South East England region
South East England enjoys a warm climate and is home to a wide range of tourist activities, Lego Land, Windsor Castle, Hampton Court, Brighton Beach, and many other attractions. London Bridge Station, Liverpool Street, and Victoria are all within easy access.
There are a range of activities: within walking distance The Museum of Childhood, The shops and restaurants of Brick Lane, the markets of Bethnal Green, and Columbia Road Flower Market, The Whitechapel Art Gallery, The White Cube Gallery, Spittlefields City Farm and Spittlefields Market.
Central London/Zone 2
A Little further afield are Olympic Park Village, (6 mins by underground), The Tower of London, the Barbican Centre with theatres and art galleries, the historic City of London whose buildings date back to the C12th Century, and whose streets are a pleasure to explore. Wander south and eventually you will arrive at St Katherine's Dock, South of the river is Greenwich with the Cutty Sark, Park and Observatory.
A short tube or bus ride West are the shops and theatres of Oxford Street, The British Museum and the West End, and West again, the Natural HIstory Museum and the Science Museum. There are also the lesser known treasures of London waiting to be discovered.
There are plenty of supermarkets, shops and cafes within a few minutes walk.

"Homey flat, perfect for our needs"
We were desperate for a flat rental in London in early July, as a previous booking had fallen through. Gill was most accommodating and even phoned us back long-distance to confirm our booking. The price was excellent and the flat delivered as promised. Very comfortable beds, excellent wi-fi/internet access and connection, a full kitchen and a cozy living space absolutely fulfilled our needs. The area, although a bit noisy at night at times, was reasonably serviced with buses and an easy 10-min walk to the Bethnal Green Tube station, as well as a good variety of shops, restaurants and services. Gill was extremely accommodating and kept in touch via email during our stay, and dispatched a friend to welcome us to the flat, even though we ended up arriving quite a bit later than anticipated due to train and transit issues. We even found a bottle of wine to greet us upon arrival, which made for a nicely celebratory first evening in town! Gill is an honest, kind and altogether lovely person to deal with, and I highly recommend this location for anyone who enjoys the bustle and excitement of the Bethnal Green area, with easy access to the City of London for more conventional sightseeing. Thank you again Gill for everything!

"charming apartment in a convenient location"
Very nice cozy flat and a charming hospitable hostess.
An apartment is situated very suitable for any purposes - easy access to all London attractions. A large Tesco is near. It is really ideal ratio "quality/price".
