The apartment is newly furnished and decorated with modern interiors throughout. The open plan kitchen and dining room provide an excellent entertaining and relaxing space with sliding glass doors offering direct access to the balcony and sky line views. The master bedroom has a super king size bed with en-suite shower room and two sliding glass doors for direct access to the balcony and private terrace. The second double bedroom also offers excellent views and direct door access to the balcony.

The property is smoke free, though smoking on the balcony is permitted. No pets allowed.

The Greenwich Peninsula has extensive landscaping and parkland as well as an extensive range of restaurants and bars within the O2 Arena and surrounding area. The building offers an excellent children's play area on the riverside and a local ecology park with extensive river reeds and bird and wildlife.

Opposite the building is a modern courtyard with a number of services including a local market shop, pharmacy, dry cleaners, doctors, and the Ayureda relaxation and luxury spa centre.

• Our preference is for payment via Paypal.

• A deposit of 50% of the full rent for the period will be required at the time of confirmation of the let with the remaining 50% being payable 7 days prior to arrival. Please contact us if you would like to discuss.

• A deposit of GBP £500 will be required by or at the time of arrival and will be returned on departure or within 24 hours of leaving the apartment when the keys have been returned provided there has been no damage to the apartment and its contents. We will provide an inventory.
