We require £500 up front to secure the apartment. This will be paid via Pay Pal and kept it there until end of Tenancy.
One month prior your arrival you will need to pay 50% of the rental price by bank wire.
Upon you arrival you will need to pay cash the remaining 50% + £100 for the final clean.
Your £500 upfront payment will be kept as refundable deposit which will be paid back to you at the end of Tenancy if no damages to the property were found.

"Very convenient location, decent accommodations"
The flat was adequate for our needs. It was a great location, with easy access to bus, metro, restaurants, and shops. We had a few minor problems with the flat, like no toilet paper, no Internet access although the ad claimed to offer it (the management remedied this within a couple days, after denying the ad offered it), couldn't get the TV volume to work, only cold water in the shower until a switch was flipped. What the flat really needs is a guide--how to work things, some tourist information like what bus to take, when to take out trash, etc. Some amenities would be nice as well...hand soap?
We also had a little trouble with the loft--not the safest climbing up and down for young kids. A tack actually fell out of the ceiling! Overall, though, it was fine and we enjoyed our stay.
We always leave more than enough kitchen/toilet paper, hand soap and shampoo.
In this particular instance the previous tenants had used an incredible amount of the above and the cleaner forgot to mention it to us.
On the night you arrived we realised we needed to buy some extra toilet paper and hand soap.
Whilst I was checking you in my partner went to but it but found the shops closed because of your very late arrival.
About 20 minutes after we had left you at the apartment we received your telephone call enquiring about the hot water in the shower. We than came back to the apartment and realised the cleaner had pressed the switch inside the shower cabinet off.
With reference to the guide to write for the new tenants we are working on it however when you arrived we spent about 15 minutes explaining to you how everything worked and the Internet connection was not advertised at the time but we still provided you with a mobile connection. We have now a proper wireless connection at the apartment.
With reference to the ladder going to the den in the roof we did explain how it should be used. I agree it's not the most straight forward one but definitely safe.
