To make a reservation, payment of a 25 % deposit is required.
The balance is payable IN FULL one month before arrival.
In the case of a cancellation, more than one month in advance a full refund will be given less an admin fee of £50.
There is an additional security deposit of £75 to cover breakages / lost keys and any excessive end cleaning
This will be refunded in full if the house is left in good condition,

There are many great local cafes, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets all within walking distance
There is an excellent Farmers Market on Salusbury Road on Sunday mornings
For clothes shopping, there is a branch of TK Maxx, and Primark as well as other local boutiques within walking distance
Queens Park itself is a wonderful green space for families. There are tennis courts, mini-golf, boules and a children's playground.
Portobello Market, Camden Market, Abbey Road Studios where the Beatles recorded and Lords Cricket Ground are all nearby

"Very nice place"
We stayed here with ten people and had such a nice time. Very nice place and area. Close to an underground station. Three bedrooms all in all. A nice kitchen with all you need and a big table, where everyone can sit at. I really recommend this place for a bigger group to stay in London.

"Fabulous, comfortable, spacious, family friendly house in an ideal location for visiting central London (and not having a 3 lane"
We had a wonderful short break staying here with our two young children (11 months and 4yrs). The house is very comfortable, extremely clean, and in a great location for the tube, overland train and bus services to central London.
It's on a quiet cul-de-sac and, if travelling there by car, parking is no problem (we got a space directly outside the house).
The house is really well equipped, a real 'home from home', and the fact that there was a high chair, push chair, and fold away baby bath (as there's only a shower in the bathroom - albeit a v large one) were a great help.
All in all I would definitely recommend this property and will certainly be booking again for our next family trip to London.
