Spacious, light and airy living room with large windows on two sides providing wonderful views across the water to Canary Wharf. Glazed doors opening onto west-facing balcony. Comfortable leather sofabed and chairs, dining table, TV with Freeview & DVD. WiFi Internet.
The sleeping accommodation is very flexible, to sleep up to 6 people, plus a small child in a cot.
Bedroom 1 has a king (5ft/1.5m) bed.
Bedroom 2 can have EITHER one OR two single beds (3ft/0.9m & 2ft9in/0.8m) OR a superking (5ft9/1.7m), (access from one side only).
The living room has a good quality double (4'6"/1.35m) sofa bed with thick comfortable mattress.
Large well-equipped kitchen with views across Blackwall dock. Fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Large, L-shaped, west-facing balcony with 270° views over the waterfront, with table and chairs.
Private, secure, lockable garage for one car, opposite front door. However, the garage is small, with a tight turning space, so may not be suitable for larger vehicles. Free, unallocated parkings spaces are usually available in the road nearby. The flat is outside the London Congestion Charge zone, so there are no parking costs.

Conditions
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable four weeks before arrival. If booking within 4 weeks of arrival the full amount is required to secure the booking. Additionally, a refundable security deposit of £250 is required two weeks before arrival, returned within 7 days of departure assuming there is no damage or loss. Payment can be made by UK cheque, Bank transfer, or PayPal.

The location of the apartment is fantastic and the views are stunning. We were warm and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The apartment had plenty of space and was close to the DLR, and the owner was efficient and helpful. We would certainly not hesitate to recommend it as a fantastic place to stay in London. |
