We're currently renting our beautiful and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat, next to all the East London hotspots. A perfect location for discovering the local markets, funky cafes, restaurants and bars. Also great for professionals coming to work in London and want a short commute to the City.

This flat is our home (we only rent it when going on holidays ourselves!) and would suit a couple very comfortably or a couple with kids, or 4 adults. We've hosted families in the past and they've found the flat very practical. Our guests usually feel at home the minute they step in and we try to do all we can to suit their needs.

This is a contemporary flat in a new development and everything is sparkling clean and modern, fitted with new electrical an incredibly comfortable new bed! We also just bought a new sofa for the living room, It is extremely comfortable and isn't pictured here.

Why should you stay in our home?

- Great location: lively local street markets. Columbia Road flower market (a must-do on Sundays, a bare 3 min-walk), Broadway Market/Regent Canal (great destination for Saturdays, 5 mins walk), Brick Lane (10 mins walk), Spitalfields (15 mins walk) and Pettycoat Lane

- On top of an incredible location, it's extremely comfortable: we have 2 bedrooms and also 2 large luxury bathrooms (Italian shower + bathtub)!

- The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom (with spacious and modern walk-in shower). The second bedroom boasts a comfortable daybed mattress that can fit 1 or 2 guests. It is not pictured here. There's also a second luxury bathroom with bathtub. Great to unwind after a long day walking around London!

- If you want to cook, you will find everything you need! We have an open plan kitchen diner and living room with a large dining table (can sit up to 6 guests). Access to balcony equipped with 2 lounge chairs and table, great for alfresco dinners or morning breakfast in the sun

- The flat is very bright: each room boats very large windows, South-West facing so you can enjoy afternoon sun while staying inside the flat

- During the winter, you can enjoy walking barefoot and still be warm, thanks to underfloor heating (this is a little addictive!)

- Amenities: TV with freeview (we also have many DVDs!), dishwasher, washing machine (washer/dryer), flatiron/iron board, Nespresso machine, kettle etc (if there's anything else that you may need, just ask!)

- Great connections. The city at your fingertips! 6mins walk to Central Line (Oxford Circus in 20mins)

- Private access to a striking roof garden (perfect for kids or just relaxing in the grass in summer)

- Fabulous restaurants near by, depends what you fancy! I can provide recommendations for food, and will leave local guidebooks in the flat.
