"Average"

For the location it is quite alright. The only problem is the narrow staircase and no lift. We were on a cruise for 1 month and had very heavy luggages and quite tired. When we arrived In the eveni… More

Unfortunately you stayed with us in a busy period so there was no studio on the ground floor available.
Noted about the bed, we will double check.
For all customers convenient we have a communal washing machine and dryer on the ground floor.

"Great place and perfect location"

We've stayed there for a week in may 2012 and it was a great experience! Location is just perfect! very calm and green area and at the same time just 15 min away from the centre of London. Tube station and bus station is just 3 min away. Flat was clean, well furnished and very warm. And all these for very good price. I would recomend this property for couples, decent accomodation for a very good price.
