In addition to the facilities listed I would like to mention the property is extremely secure with telephone/video intercom and code activated doors.
The open plan lounge has two large sofas, one is a large sofabed.
A cot can be provided on request.
All bedding and towels are included.
A welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk are provided free of charge.
An additional sink/mirror are available in the utility room which acts as a convenient second option for the 'morning washing routine'.
An information pack on local attractions and transport timetables, along with tips on local restaurants,
cinemas, theatre and where to go, and what's on will be provided at the apartment (including a useful list of websites that can be accessed via the free wifi service).

Double glass doors at the the front and the rear (including balcony) of the apartment give the property a lovely light fresh feel.
On street parking is available. This is a permit parking area. A parking permit can be made available to you free of charge on request at time of booking (see booking conditions).
The station is a 30 seconds' walk from the apartment with connections to a multitude of destinations.
Walks around Greenwich and Blackheath villages and to the River Thames can be easily made through quiet residential streets and open heath.

Check-out time is 10am and Check-in time is 3.00pm GMT. If these times are not convenient for you, please notify us at the time of booking and we will try to accommodate you.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
Full payment of the total bill is requested 6 weeks before arrival together with a refundable £150 damage deposit (damage deposit will be refunded no later than 10 days after check-out if no damage to property or content).
£45 cleaning charge is payable and will be added to your total bill.
Payment can be made using Paypal/Credit card or Bank transfer (details will be included on the booking form).
In the event that you wish to cancel your booking, every effort will be made to re-let your apartment, and if successful, payment excluding booking deposit will be refunded.
A copy of terms and conditions will be attached to the booking form when sent out to you.
The South East England region
London is a global city, very cosmopolitan, with strengths in literature, finance, entertainment, fashion, and music. It has a wealth of historic monuments, buildings and museums (Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge, Houses of Parliament) some of which are the best in the world. The choice on offer is vast with modern attractions such as the London Eye, Tate Modern, and the O2 concert venue, providing some of the best art and modern music concerts, too. You won't be lost for things to do and places to go and if you want to see the quieter side of London, there are several Royal Parks to walk through (St James, Richmond, Greenwich). You will not be disappointed when you visit - we can give you lots of tips and information if you request any.
Central London/Zone 2
Blackheath and Greenwich are well known amongst Londoners as one of the nicest locations within London. This area has the luxury of having some wonderful open spaces (Blackheath has a large open common) and Greenwich with its Royal Park (hosted the 2012 Olympic Equestrian event) and both Blackheath and Greenwich have an abundance of little boutique shops and an array of restaurants to eat at.
Greenwich is set on the river Thames, just 20 mins from Central London and easily reached by train, tube, Docklands light railway (DLR), bus and riverbus. Many visit this World Heritage Site which is home of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Famous landmarks include the National Maritime Museum, the Royal Observatory and the Old Royal Naval College or when the day feels as though it's getting too long, relax in Greenwich Park or at one of the riverside pubs.
Locally, we have a yacht club, a leisure centre with two swimming pools, a football skill school, the O2 concert venue, an ecology park, Thamespath walkway/cycleway, raceway indoor go-kart track, indoor climbing wall, outdoor tennis courts, Greenwich Theatre, cinema and comedy club - the list goes on.

"Wonderful home away from home"
We had a wonderful time at the apartment which was so conveniently located next to the train station. The apartment was well equipped and there was a small market next door which was open early and late . My niece and I travelled with two teenagers and all of us were comfortable. "What a Fantastic Place !!"
What a great place to stay!!! It was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean and tidy. The welcome pack was MOST appreciated as we had coffee/tea etc. for the morning. I travelled with my two sisters and my Mom and we arrived by train and right away were worried about the apartment being so close to the Westcombe Station -- but not to worry AT ALL. We barely heard the trains even with the windows open most of the time. (With all of our luggage, it was nice to be so close to the station)
Jules was very, very helpful and was there to meet us at the pre-determined time. She recommended great pubs to go to and had an abundance of information on attractions etc at the apartment. (Thanks Again Jules!)
The location was so convenient for us -- being out of the hustle and bustle of the City but close enough to visit most days (only a few stops to London Bridge by train) and we travelled to other areas and it was nice after a long day in the City or signtseeing to be 30 seconds to the comforts of the apartment. No need for cabs from the station ... AND very close to Greenwich Park/Market and the village for shopping.
We would DEFINITELY recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay again in a minute.

"Outstanding and convenient home from home."
We needed a base convenient for Greenwich, with sufficient room for up to 4 adults. This was perfect, with good size bedrooms and a sofa bed. The bathroom was modern and well appointed as was the excellent kitchen. Although it was adjacent to the station we were never disturbed by train noise. We spent a wonderful week here prior to one of our son's wedding and were able to enjoy our last few days as a family, before he was claimed by his new wife. Wifi worked well and was really handy as we had to source a number of items for the wedding.
We were met on our arrival by the owner, even though it was late evening. She was always available. Overall, an outstanding apartment which we will use again.

My family and I stayed in this Apartment for 8 days. Jules met us upon arrival and we found her to be very warm, welcoming and helpful. She made it quite clear that if there was anything we needed to know regarding the apartment etc that all that we needed to do was to contact her. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay it was perfect in everyway possible. A home away from home. This Apartment has everything that you need and the location couldn't have been any better it was a 30 second walk to the train station. There is a delicatesen next door and a couple of restaurants. I would definately stay here again should I return for another holiday. This Apartment was by far the best that we stayed in during our 6 weeks of travel across England, Scotland, Wales, Hong Kong, Paris and Amsterdam. Thank you Jules

"This was the most wonderful accommodation for a long stay we've ever had."
The kitchen was great and well equipped. Jules included butter, jam, bread, wine and some dry goods were left from previous guests and we found that very helpful. Jules gave us lots of assistance in places to travel to and visit. She was helpful in the best way to travel using the very convenient train and transit system. She even provided a pay-as-you-go cell phone with a local number...that was extremely helpful. As we had questions, Jules was very available to answer the questions via eMail or phone should we have chosen to use it. The apartment was huge for us and my sister-in-law (we loved that) and the layout was perfect. The apartment felt modern, very welcoming and we felt very safe there. The accommodations were a highlight to our trip.
