This lovely Victorian 3 bedroom house is a fantastic location for a stay in the City – being positioned close to a number of tube stations – (Parsons Green on the District Line as well as West Brompton and a little further away Earls Court ) – giving very convenient access to the rest of the city as well as Heathrow.
The house is on a quiet street and immediately presents a great family destination with its enormous 31ft drawing room – lounge and dining space.
With plenty of seating for 8 guests as well as a table with 8 seats for formal dining. On the ground floor there is also a smart and modern kitchen with everything you'd need to cater for larger family groups as well as a dishwasher , fridge freezer and washing machine for your laundry. There is also a lovely south facing garden with table and chairs for morning coffee or an alfresco lunch.
The lounge has a double sofa bed which comfortably sleeps 2 guests.
Connecting the floors there is a beautiful spiral staircase
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms which are set to twins depending on your requirements - with one having a single sofa bed to offer a triple bedroom if required.
There is also a very smart family bathroom on this floor.
Finally going up to the second floor there is another bedroom – set as a double room – with an en-suite bathroom as well as access to a pretty roof terrace with aspects over the roofs of Fulham.
The house is very attractive through and well maintained offer quality accommodation for those people looking for a little extra quality of experience without having to stray too far from the smart end of town.
The shopping of the Kings Road and Fulham road are a short walk away as well as a number of green open spaces for any children staying
