From the moment we arrived and met Naz, we were so impressed with the care and attention to detail, both from the owners, and in the wonderful home away from home that they provided! The five of us found this accommodation to be perfect for our needs, during a stay that involved both business and a bit of sightseeing. Convenient to the center of Greenwich as well as the light rail service into London. Safe, clean, and well-appointed with very kind owners. We had a great stay!

“Spotless modern apartment in central Greenwich”
Stayed at this spacious 3-bedroom maisonette for four nights while researching buying a house in the area. It's on the border of the Greenwich conservation area but in a modernish block (60s/80s) behind a gate. Not stunning from outside but a lovely holiday home inside, and within easy reach of Greenwich station, the town centre and park, as well as pubs, coffee shops, etc, within the Victorian conservation area. It's decorated in a clean, modern style - with some bright pieces of furniture - all comfy - and artwork. There's also a large telly/DVD player. The owners are a friendly, helpful couple, and have kitted the place out well; they also provide a welcome pack with fresh coffee, milk, cereals, etc. Starting rate for the apartment is £100, which seems like a good deal compared with average London-hotel prices - especially as there are two rooms with double beds and a third with bunk beds. Recommended.

“Everything we needed for a weekend break - and more”
We stayed in the apartment for two nights with our adult/teenage children for a weekend to celebrate my 50th birthday. We were delighted with the flat, which gave us so much more space than we would have had in B&B and was attractively furnished/decorated throughout. The flat is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and lots of little extras are provided - tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries (though no shampoo), aswell as DVDs, guidebook and maps, games and use of a Wii. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Greenwich is an ideal place to stay in London. It is easy to get into central London (we went by boat, came back by tube), but it is an attractive place in its own right with a good market, massive park with views of London from the top of the hill and lots of tourist attractions of its own. It took us about 15 minutes to walk from the DLR station to the apartment. There are two small supermarkets near the stations - fine for a weekend but probably a bit limited if you are staying for longer. All in all, an fantastic place to stay. I recommend it 100%.

“Fantastic base for sights of London and the joys of Greenwich.”
Great appartment, beautifully clean with everything we needed. Greenwich is a lovely place. The children loved the Observatory, Maritime Museum and Greenwich Market was a huge hit. Central London is only a DLR ride away, so all the sights but at a more reasonable rate and far better than a hotel.

“Fantastic place to stay - well equipped and immaculately clean!”
The reviews on Trip Advisor encouraged me to book this accommodation, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Naz (one of the owners) met us on arrival and showed us around the property to ensure we were happy with how everything worked. He was so welcoming and friendly, it was a great start to the holiday. The house itself was very comfortable, warm and well equipped. We enjoyed the fact that it was beautifully decorated and furnished too. We encountered no problems at all, but knew that if we had any, Naz or Jane would be happy to help. With regards to the location, we loved Greenwich with its beautiful open spaces; perfect for young children to burn off energy! Great fun getting in to central London via boat, DLR or train too. Thank you Jane and Naz!
We made a midweek trip to London with 3 teenage children. The accomodation is new and modern. The kitchen has al the equipment you need. The video an sound installation is excelent.

“Excellent apartment and very helpful owners”
We very much enjoyed our week's stay in an excellent and very modern apartment while we were visiting London from Australia. Jane and Naz were very thoughtful, friendly and helpful and were great to deal with. Everything that we needed was provided including wifi, videos, all kitchen utensils, dishwasher, etc. and we really appreciated the extras such as tea, coffee, milk, biscuits on arrival and the extensive range of travel books and information about travelling around London.
Access to bus, DLR, train, supermarket and restaurants were great. Also Greenwich Park and the Observatory and Museum were only a short walk away.
Our deposit was refunded very promptly after our departure.
We would definitely stay again should we be in London and would recommend it to family and friends.
Thank you Jane and Naz.

“Outstanding, highly recommended, first class ************”
This 3 bedroom apartment is not only in an excellent position to Central London and easily accessible by Bus, Train, Tube but has everything you could possible require in an apartment. It is 100% 5 star rating in acccomondation, utilities and space and comfort. We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights as we were visiting our Family in the UK as we now live in Perth Western Australia and we wanted to visit London with the Family. The owners Jane and Naz were wonderful and even gave us a Wii for my 10 year old to use during our stay. They were very helpful and I would recommend to anyone the whole experience was first class......you will not be disappointed if you book this apartment, great for both Families and couples.
Great location & facilities, very up to date, large and comfortable even by North American standards. Nice walk into Greenwich, where there are great pubs and dining and easy access to train and ferry to London. Tip - use private hire taxi to get around and use Thames Clipper to get to London

“great stay in greenwich”
Great property, decorated to a high standard with all the mod cons. The kitchen had every appliance and extras you could wish for. All facililties in the appartment of a high stanadard. Only ten minute walk into Greenwich. A pleasent walk down Royal hill takes you past some lovely bars and little shops on the way. The owners really went out of their way to show us round the place and explain how everything worked and answer any questions we had.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for reasonably priced, very high quality accommodation in London. Jane and Naz provided us with one of the highlights of London with their spacious, excellent flat in Greenwich. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is fitted out extremely well. The very generous welcome package was very much appreciated, particularly at the end of a busy day in London as not having to go to the shops upon arrival with small children is a huge bonus. The apartment also contains plenty of tourist information to help get your holiday started and also has several excellent travel books for both London and Greenwich which were great reads. The flat is also well situated with London central buses at the door, a short walk to trains and Thames river cruisers. Greenwich itself is also a great tourist destination and has great restaurants and shops that are very reasonably priced. Jane and Naz were also incredibly helpful and always ready to provide information and assistance where necessary. They also responded quickly to all our queries and bookings. Overall we can't recommend this property highly enough. Our stay in London was make all the better by our stay at Undercliff.

“six great days in London”
This is a great brand new flat in Greenwich..This high standard accomodation is perfectly clean and you can find everything you need. It's big enough for 6 people and is located less than 10 min far from the tube station. The landlords Jane and Naz are more than nice!! They have been always helpful and friendly, they helped us several times with little problems we had. We'll go back soon and would suggest to everyone! (Monica, Alessandra, Giorgia, Bruno, Gianni, Luca)
Once you have stayed here you won't want to stay anywhere else. From the moment you trun the corner and are greated by an enthusiastic host you know you will be having a great time. With London on your doorstep you can walk, boat, DLR, tube, cycle and bus it to everywhere and each experience is more rewqrding than the last. The accomodation was spotless with everything that you could ever need, the instruction manuals and the comfort of the place is unsurpassed. Eating 3 meals a day you wouldnt have to try the same place twice, but if you want to cook at home, they have everything you would need. This is a definite return venue for us

“Super !”
