This penthouse duplex apartment is one of a kind. It has a huge bright open-plan living space. There's oak flooring throughout this area which provides a real sense of luxury. Throughout the apartment there's quirky and stylish artwork that gives the place a truly unique feel. The grand oak dining table is perfect for hosting large dinners and a well appointed kitchen right next to it.
There's a colourful mezzanine room which trebles as study, TV lounge & third bedroom. This leads directly on to terrace/balcony with views across the heart of London.
Also on this upper level is the master double bedroom. This too has the views across London as well as modern ensuite bathroom.
On the lower floor is the second bedroom which comes with a large 4-poster double bed. There's a bathroom right next to it.
We can also provide a high-quality blow-up queen-size mattress for 7th/8th person. There is plenty of space in the open-plan living area for this and it can be stored on its side during the day.
The property has high speed Wifi access as well as satellite TV. There's a gated parking space at the rear of the building. There's a friendly daytime concierge service. There's lift access to the apartment which is on the third floor and top floor.
Interaction with Guests
You will be met and greeted at the apartment. You will be given an orientation of the place and area. I am then always just a phone call away, should there be any question or help required.
Around the corner is a lovely rustic coffee shop that serves up wonderful drinks and sandwiches.
The apartment is really conveniently located close to Northern Line and Overground tube stations, plus a short walk in every direction is an almost completely unique part of London...
Just 10 minutes walk from the world famous Camden Town. Home to an amazing array of shops, market stalls, world class restaurants, concert venues and nightlife.
The Grand Regent canal passes not far from the property and will lead you to Regents Park and the exclusive area of Primrose Hill. Hampstead Heath is also only a mile away.
In the other direction Kentish Town is 5 minutes walk north where you are spoiled for choice when it comes to pubs, shops & restaurants a real up-and-coming area with lots of trendy new establishments including Soho House's Pizza East.
There are many public transport options the Kentish Town West is a minute a way with connections across to Shepherd's Bush in one direction and Highbury & Islington in the other.
The closest tube station is Kentish Town on the Northern line. This is just 2 stops north of the travel hubs of Euston & Kings Cross Stations. Kentish Town West is also very close, with Camden Road a little further.
From Heathrow it under an hour away. Take the Heathrow express to Paddington Station. Then the Jubilee Line to Baker Street. Head north on the Jubilee to West Hampstead. Then take the Overground to Kentish Town West.
It is just over an hour from Gatwick. Take the train to Victoria Station. Then take the Victoria line north to Highbury & Islington. Change there to the overground. Head west to Kentish Town West.
It is just over 1 hour from Stansted. Take the Stansted express to Tottenham Hale. Change on to the Victoria line and head south to Highbury & Islington. Change on to the Overground line to Kentish Town West.
It's only 45 minutes from Luton Airport. Take the train to West Hampstead. Walk over to the Overground station it is 8 minutes from there to Kentish Town West.

"Amazing, spacious and stylish!"
We wanted to visit Camden Lock market, Jongleurs Comedy club and London Zoo in a weekend - and this was the perfect place to stay. Plenty of room for three couples - this converted 6th form college wa… More
