The studio itself offers a well equipped home away from home, ideal for 2 adults. A great alternative to hotel accommodation, it combines the privacy of being in a gated complex, with all the mod cons of home living, and a rare private outside space in the form of a large terrace with views of the river. The studio offers bathroom, dressing room, full-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and lounge/bedroom area providing access to the private terrace. On site there is also a heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and private garage.
Located on the Thames pathway, a gentle 30 min stroll along the river takes you to the world famous Tower Bridge, Design Museum and HMS Belfast and access to all the tourist attractions that London has to offer.
Just a 10 minute walk to the nearest station giving quick access to the London underground train network. Buses also stop both outside and at the end of the road servicing the key mainline stations of London Bridge, Victoria and Waterloo. If you like the river life, a 10 min walk to the local river taxi will give you a river view of London, East towards Greenwich and West towards Tower Bridge, The London Eye, Southbank and the Houses of parliament.
Locally there are several restaurants and take-aways within 5 mins of the studio, including the world Famous Mayflower pub from where the Pilgrim Fathers set sail. There are also a number of local attractions.
For those on business the City and Canary Wharf are both easily accessible by river taxi or tube, as is the Excel Exhibition Centre at Docklands and the O2 Arena for concerts and entertainment.

Compact but spacious, the studio has plenty of storage provided by a separate dressing room meaning the double bed is a permanent feature of the apartment and there is still space for seating and dining for 2.

The complex also offers tranquil communal gardens and seating areas with views of the Thames, and direct access to the Thames pathway.

The South East England region
The South East of England, as well as being the home of the capital city, has a diverse range of cultural and historial places of interest be it Kew Gardens, Windsor or Leeds Castles, all that the river Thames has to offer, including Henley and the beautiful counties of Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. Kent, the Garden of England and Sussex offer beautiful beaches as well as chocolate box villages and rolling countryside.

Central London/Zone 2
Rotherhithe is on the South side of the river Thames in the East of London. Part of the former dock areas the old warehouses and docks have now been developed into quality riverside apartment complexes and tranquil waterways with footpaths.
Despite being in Zone 2 of the central London underground, the area retains a suburban feel and peaceful environment yet is just a short hop into the hustle and bustle of all that London town has to offer. Locally there are a wide variety of restaurants, takeways and traditional riverside pubs, including the Mayflower, from where the Pilgrim fathers set sail for America. There is also the Brunel museum and Sand Studios, that has a huge photographic history of London and everything.
You can also stroll along the Thames pathway to Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, HMS Belfast and the Design Museum. In the other direction by River taxi is Greenwich, the home of time and the beautiful naval college and park as well as the Excel centre and O2 area where there are exhibitions, shows and concerts throughout the year.
Keep an eye out for the London Marathon that runs past the end of the road and the Redbull Air Race over the Thames.
