Welcome to Home2Home Bed and Breakfast.

I have 10 Private Rooms available within 3 friendly shared apartments in Chiswick & Fulham, that includes daily self-serve Breakfast (like a mini B&B)

Short stay and long stay available.

This double room is in a beautiful location at the heart of trendy, vibrant and leafy Parsons Green in Fulham.

You will be sharing the apartment with 1 other friendly permanent tenant (my brother) and 2 other bnb guests.

In the apartment, there is a shared separate toilet and bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is modern with a breakfast table.

Please note there is no lounge area.

This property is located on pleasant ex-local authority flats.

~Housekeeping will access room between 12-6pm

Guest will have their own private lockable room in a shared apartment.

Checkin Policy:

As we are a small family run business, during the summer busier season, we prefer guests to checkin between 12-2pm or after 6pm. But we understand this may not be possible with flight/travel arrival times.

Checkin: 12pm / Checkout: 10am


~ For my daily self serve breakfast from 6-11.30am

I provide a self-serve daily breakfast. Which includes a variety of teas, coffee, juices, biscuits, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and bread etc...

~ For cooking, but ensure you clean up after yourself.

~ For washing machine, but buy your own soap powder.

~ Free Wifi.

~ Shared Iron and Ironing Board


~ Hairdryer and Complimentary Toiletries

This private room is located on a pleasant local authority flats. The flat is close to Parsons Green tube station which is accessible to Central London

Ideally situated to the local amenities, boutiques, bars and restaurants along the Fulham Broadway, and within walking distance to the New Kings Road and river, Parsons Green Underground Station (district line) is within easy reach (400 meters) and Fulham Broadway Underground is located half a mile. Excellent bus routes in to Central London.

The closest tube station is Parsons Green on the district line and is about a 5-10 mins walk.

Unfortunately we do not accommodate children under the age of 8 years old.

Should you book a private room, please note that on arrival a copy of your passport/photo ID is required as well as completion to my disclaimer form.

If this room is not available, I have other private rooms in Chiswick and Fulham

Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult to ensure that the children's behaviour is appropriate for other guests within the Bed and Breakfast.

Guests with children: Please make sure your children are well behaved and understand they are not at home. Make sure they are quiet at night (no running around); do not play with items that are not toys. Because the guesthouse is a house and not built with soundproofing like hotel rooms, sound does travel. We want everyone to enjoy his or her experience without those awkward moments at breakfast after a sleepless night for the entire house. Please use your best judgment with your child and their abilities. We are happy to assist you with selecting the best room options for children. Laundry service available, please ask.


On arrival you will be provided with a guest pack with info and rules. We do not tolerate rude or aggressive people or those who do not respect they are sharing with others.

No smoking in the apartment

Guest are not allowed to bring people in the apartment without permission.(no visitors/no people staying over).

Do not wash the linen and towels provided, please put in dirty wash basket.

I provide clean towels every 4 days and bedding is changed every 7 days.

Please keep the bathroom tidy after use - ensuring personal belonging are put in the storage places provided.

Respect you are sharing with others in their home, this is a shared apartment.

If you use the kitchen for cooking, please ensure you clean up after use.
