The apartment is situated on the slopes of Hampstead village and offers tranquillity and convenience to hustle and bustle of the city. There is one private parking space available.Excellent shopping facilities and numerous facilities on a doorstep. This is self catering accommodation but regular cleaning, baby sitting or catering for parties can be organised per request.
This flat can be rented out together with Hampstead Lights 173856- another lovely apartment on the first floor - ideal for group of friends, , families or corporate lets where you can have the feel of the hpise and lots of privacy.

Interior designed, grand flat is good for relaxation, work or entertaining. Enjoying the enormous private garden with mature trees the whole flat has a feel of a house.The bedroom is large with very comfortable super king size bed. The lay out of the flat gives the opportunity for privacy even if there are more people in the house. Apart from the king size bed in the bedroom there are 2 matress foam sofas hence up to 6 can sleep in the flat. Private parking space is a big bonus in this central location. The charge is £10 per day.

Plenty of good recreational facilities including: gym, yoga centre, beauty salons and massage, cinemas, three theatres, and numerous restaurants.

The garden is ideal for entertaining , children and summer holidays in the city. Couples on honeymoon enjoyed the stay in our apartment very much.

You will have the written confirmation for this payment which we kindly request that you keep until deposit is returned to you.

The South East England / Greater London region

It might be hard to miss rain in London but you will have one of the most romantic areas of this city on the umbrella distance. Short stroll through leafy residential streets will take you to Hampstead Heath, inspiration to many painters and writers or you can simply fly a kite on the heath after a busy day! The Keats house is a must and Sigmund Freud museum in the vicinity an interesting place to start your Hampstead tour and follow the steps of D.H Lawrence and Katherine Mansfield browsing the cobbled stoned streets of Hampstead village.

Night life is good and designer shops will offer a good opportunity for retail therapy or hours spent in antique bookshops and local galleries. The fashionable Notting Hill is very close and staying here you could have the best of both kingdoms, intensive night life and the tranquillity of a romantic English garden.

In Hampstead you will be perfectly located to enjoy a variety cosmopolitan London offers. Would you wish to visit the Tate Modern you can simply browse through the local newspapers during your short travel by Jubilee line and come back via Green Park or Bond Street back to Hampstead and still have enough time to change at home and have a drink before you go to one of Hampstead or West End theatres. There are several cinemas, plenty of recreational facilities and some excellent yoga classes and alternative therapists in the neighbourhood.

"If you like the home to home experience, entering the garden flat will send you to heaven! Beautifully decorated with lots of interesting pieces of furniture and furnishing, bookcases full of the most interesting books on the planet, candles everywhere to light up in the evening for even more ambience, a fantastic kitchen, the perfect bathroom. Our stay was just perfect, need I say more? The location is fantastic, you can walk up in Hampstead Village, the most charming corner of London. We felt at home, but very much away from it as well, as we were living in London again just for a few days. You don't get that feeling in any hotel, and in most rentals for that matter.
