This is a very good area, 10 mins by bus from Notting Hill Gate, very very close to Ravenscourt Park, tube stations and good bus services.

HOUSE RULES

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

Check in after 14:00: You may check in directly at the property. You should call us when you get to the property and we will give you the information required to get in and all the explanations you may need. We will provide you with our contact details after your reservation is confirmed.

Check in after 22:00 is subject to a £30 fee. You need to give us a call when you get to the property and we will give you the information required to get in and all explanations you may need.

Check in from 11:00 - 14:00: If you arrive early than 14:00 then the check in is at our office in Shepherds Bush. We will give you the keys there and all explanations you may need. If the apartment is vacant and already cleaned you may go from the office to the apartment. If not, you can drop your luggage at our office (free luggage deposit) and pick it up before 5pm (if you need this service please arrange with us before arrival).

Check out time is until 10:00 am: You should leave the apartment any time before 10:00 in the morning. If your flight is late we will be happy to let you drop your luggage at our office (free luggage deposit) and pick it up before 5pm. Please also be aware that there are locker services in Main stations like Victoria, Paddington, St Pancreas, etc which could also be convenient for you if you are traveling from one on this stations (please check online).

CLEANING AND MAINTAINACE/ TOWELS AND BED CLOTHING

The apartment will be ready and cleaned for you before your arrival. Fresh towels and bed clothing are also provided and all is included in the total price. You will be given a set of towels per person. The Bedding provided in the flat is according to the number of people in the reservation, for example two people in a one bedroom flat, only the double bed for two people will be set up if you do need the use of the sofa bed and bedding a charge of £15 per night will be apply, this must be requested in advance.

Stays longer than 7 days: you will be provided with 2 sets of towels/ person. Any extra set of towels has a £10 cost.

Stays longer than 10 days: you will be provided with 2 sets of bed clothing for each bed.

Stays longer than 15 days will have a weekly cleaning comprised on the total price.

Any other extra cleaning has a £25 cost.

The final cleaning is comprised in the total price, so you don´t have to clean the apartment deeply. We only ask you not to leave it very dirty like dirty dishes pots and pans, empty bottles of beer, wine, etc…

IF YOU HAVE ANY CLEANING ISSUE PLEASE LET US KNOW STRAIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL SEND THE CLEANER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO SORT IT OUT :)

BEHAVIOUR

The renter is responsible for the property during his occupation and will also be responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her, and specifically avoiding any activity that is against any law or public health. He will also undertake to keep the property clean and tidy and to replace any damages he has caused. Please bare in mind that you´ll be staying in a residential building. You´ll be expected to respect other residents in the building. Please observe that quiet is between 10:00 PM. And 10:00 AM. Any loud music or noise observed between these times may result in immediate eviction and loss of the damage deposit.

Please be aware no extra visitor will be allowed in the property apart from the guests on the reservation without permission.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED OR SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY.

Pay attention to electric devices when leaving the apartment. Don´t let them turned on as well as lamps, lights, and candles. Also don´t forget open windows when leaving the property.

COSTUMER SERVICE

This apartment is personally managed. You can be in contact with us at any time thanks to our emergency call line. We also have an office open from 10am to 6pm for anything you need (You are more than welcome to come and have tea or coffee with us at any time).

You will also find some useful information in the property and also a Welcome Pack with tips regarding the flat and also useful information to enjoy London.

We also have our Coffee Shop – Bertotti Pure Italian where you can enjoy free basic breakfast (tea/coffee + Croissant) when presenting your booking and any extras with the 10% discount, you have to book this in advance!! Only available for our guests!

We have a few parking spaces available in the area at a cost of £15 per day, if you need to park please ask in advance to check availability and convenience for you.
