We are pleased to offer this delightful self-contained double studio apartment in the desirable Belsize Park area of London.. Suitable furnishing throughout; the apartment comprise of a double bed (or 2 singles if available), a fully equipped kitchenette with dining area, tiled bathroom, central heating and carpet floors with plasma digital TV and WiFi available. Everything that you need.

The apartment is set in this beautiful stucco styled brick building in the heart of Belsize Park. Close-by is a good range of cultural attractions, restaurants, shops and other facilities, as well as good transport links. The accommodation is great for business trips and vacation travellers alike. Comfortable accommodation and ideally located at affordable prices.

Easy access to Central London; buses, underground (tube) and trains take approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Located in Zone 2 on the Underground with Belsize Park station (Northern Line) and Swiss Cottage station (Jubilee Line) only a few minutes walk away.

AMENITIES:

The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, 4 electric hobs & cooker, refrigerator/freezer, grill, oven, kettle and toaster, and essential kitchenware (cooking pans & utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses etc.) for convenience.

The fully equipped en suite bathroom has a modern shower with W.C, wash basin with mirror.

Fresh towels and bed linen as well as soap and toilet paper are provided on arrival for your convenience.

Communal laundry facilities with washing/drying machines are available in the building.

WiFi service is available (£5/day or £15/week).

All apartments are professionally cleaned before and after use.

LOCATION:

The exquisite Belsize Park is simply a lovely and fashionable central-suburban area of London. Surrounded by some of the Queens most beautiful parks (including Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill, and Regents Park all within walking distance) with the fun vibrant Camden Town and many other local attractions (see below) also within walking distance. Camden is famous for its markets for great shopping, and is range of bars and clubs frequently offering live music.

From Camden Station you can take the Northern Line, which will take you to Oxford Street within 10 minutes. Oxford Street is the main shopping street in London with shops such as Selfridges and Debenhams. Most attractions of London are within easy reach, such as Piccadilly Circus, Madame Tussauds and Tower of London. Hyde Park is located west of Oxford Street where you will find Kensington Gardens. If you walk through the park you will reach Kensington where you can find the famous department store Harrods and plenty of museums, for example Natural History museum and Science museum.

If you want to enjoy the extensive nightlife London has to offer, there are also plenty of buses and night buses running 24/7 from all directions in London.

A deposit of £100.00 GBP is required to confirm a reservation, subject to availability. This will be deducted from the total cost of the booking. The full amount will be charged for Bookings of less than £100. A Transaction fee of £5.00 (non-refundable) will be added. Cancellations at least 14 days prior to the Check-In Date, will have the deposit fully refunded.

All payments in GB Pounds Sterling only. The balance of the Total Amount must be paid at Check-In. Cash payments accepted in GBP only. All major credit cards accepted. Deposits payable via Paypal (you can pay with your credit card. You do not need to have a Paypal account).

Admin & Registration fee of £22.00 applies.

OFFICE HOURS: (Mon - Fri) 09:30 till 18:30, (Sat) 11:00 till 15:30, (Sun) CLOSED.

CHECK-IN time is 15:00 at the main office next to the apartments, full details provided after reservation. If an apartment is ready earlier, we will check you in!

ARRIVING OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS (or on Sunday), please contact us to let us know in advance so we can arrange for you to receive the keys.

CHECK-OUT time is 11:00. To make it easier for you, you can leave the keys inside the apartment and close the door behind you.

HOUSE RULES:

- If you have any maintenance issues contact us, we will maintain for you.

- Respect your neighbours, maintain your noise levels.

- No smoking.

LONG TERM RENTALS are available and may receive discounted rates for a 1 month to 12 months tenancy. Terms and conditions apply. Please contact us with your requirements for further details and availability.
