Walking distance from Edgware Road, this home is ideal for those that want the excitement of Central London with acres of Gladstone Park's open green space to enjoy on their doorstep.

The charming building is above Churchill 's bunkers formed during the 2nd world war and has a fascinating history as ex postal research center. It's secured with controlled gated entrance, communal gardens and FREE off-street parking.

PLEASE NOTE: A car to access the property is strongly advised as there are not easy link to public transport. The closest tube station ( Dollis Hills) is approximately 25 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

The ground floor apartment, bright, airy, with high ceilings comes with two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping arrangements. The whole flat has been recently renovated to a very high standard with very modern e functional bathroom & kitchen.

The open-plan kitchen is provided with washing machine, gas hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and espresso machine with complimentary capsules. WI-FI accessible through the apartment, towels and linen will be also provided.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Once your reservation has been confirmed, the main correspondence will be held by e-mail in order to arrange your check-in. You local host will welcome you at the property at your best convenience and will quickly explain you the main features of the apartment or answer your questions.

PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Rental is calculated accordingly to the number of occupants and if extra guests are found in the apartment during your stay we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect.

We have a strict NO SMOKING POLICY throughout the flat. Should any persons be reported smoking, or our cleaners smell smoke in the rooms, 50% out of refundable deposit will be withheld either to reinstate the apartment or compensate the following guests for the inconvenience caused.

300 Euro REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT applies automatically to each reservation and will be directly returned via website secure payment system.

GLADSTONE PARK

Gladstone Park is an oasis of parkland and combines with the William Gladstone open space on its eastern perimeter. The park provides a much needed and very welcome 124 acres of green lung in the heart of North West London. Administered by the London Borough of Brent and maintained by Brent Parks Service it is the most heavily used park in the borough. The park provides a diverse environment comprising of a formal garden, duck pond, varied terrain, woodland, hedgerows and open ground all of which constantly change with the seasons. Visitors to the garden can view the tranquil walled garden, which contributed to a silver gilt medal for the in the prestigious London in Bloom competition. The adjacent Karmarama Café is the perfect location for a spot of light refreshments and the best coffee in the area. Alternatively visitors can see the latest exhibition in the Stables Art Gallery. Stroll out through the east gate to the York stone terrace and down to the Brentosaurus sculpture and then back up the hill to the pond and enjoy the antics of the ducks and our resident goose. Walk down the hill towards the tennis courts and the Fred Kormis memorial for prisoners of war and victims of concentration camps 1914 and 1945. If you feel energetic why not take a walk around the park, through the area of English woodland and then visit the exceptional whale and turtle carvings that are by the children's playground in the centre of the park.

"A fabulous apartment and excellent service from the management"

I booked this apartment for my mother and aunt as it was very close to my home. The apartment is very clean, modern and spacious. Everything is well-fitted out - there were plenty of tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine and also spare bed-linen. The apartment is also very secure with its own parking space. Luca, the manager, got in touch before their arrival to arrange check-in. He was very helpful and welcoming. Although not in central London, transport is very good from the Gladstone Park area and the park is wonderful.
