A very trendy, eclectic colourful maisonette, in cosmopolitan Notting Hill central London.

The area is unique and still bohemian, which adds to a fabulous atmosphere. We have lived in this area for over 20 years and enjoy the relaxed and vibrant setting.

The maisonette has It's own entrance with a security metal door.

There is a railway line at the rear of the property, which is not loud,and a view of the 70's iconic building the Trellick Tower which surprisingly now is a listed building ! :)) The noise from any trains is minimal as the lounge area and the first 2 bedrooms in the middle floor of the property have double windows. The 3rd bedroom in the roof is not as soundproofed, but the sound of trains is not excessive.

Set over three floors,the interior contains:

A lounge area with a home cinema and a piano

A separate kitchen

3 bedrooms - 3rd bedroom includes a flat screen TV

2 toilets and 1 bathroom with a walk in shower.

The maisonette is finished to a high standard.

It also contains a glass stair rail, with further glass stair rails leading up to the main 3rd bedroom in the roof.

All the beds are from the V Spring bed company, and are extremely comfortable, with great back support. We provide all the bed linen and towels, and choice of pillows. The maisonette is fully furnished as a family home.

The area is very user friendly with a great selection of bars, restaurants (Pizza East, part of the Soho House Group to name but one), also interesting antique and vintage shops.

It's really a part of Notting Hill which has maintained It's bohemian roots, with a great lively atmosphere. The maisonette is situated off Golborne Road (Stella McCartney's head office), where you have a fantastic choice of street food and vintage furniture shops.

The maisonette is 2 minutes walk to the famous Portobello Road Market and 20 minutes walk to Notting Hill Gate. Also around 25 minutes walk to Hyde Park.

5 mins walk from Westbourne Park Station (direct line to Eurostar Kings Cross)

No 23 bus route to St Pauls and Liverpool St.

(We are very well served re transportation, buses and tube lines)

For the energetic,you are still a good walking distance (40 mins) for accessing activities, such as the V&A, Science Museum and the Natural history Museum across the south side of Hyde Park.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

On arrival, we will require you to fill out and sign a document (which we will also sign), in the event of any damages that may occur in our property. The security deposit figure is £500.00. The document requires you to put in your debit or credit card details, which will be automatically cancelled 24hrs after you check out of the property. No fee will be taken from your card, but this is just our security policy.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO FREE PARKING IN CENTRAL LONDON.IF YOU DO USE A CAR, DIRECTLY OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY THERE ARE PARKING BAYS, BUT THERE IS A CHARGE OF £1.00 PER HOUR. THIS PARKING IS FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30AM UNTIL 6.30PM. ON SATURDAY'S THE PAID PARKING IS FROM 8.30AM UNTIL 1.30PM.
