This unique architecturally designed duplex style loft apartment school conversion is split over three levels.

The first level

A stunning open-plan sunken fitted kitchen with high gloss polished dark grey panels and aqua green glass splash backs and surfaces and crema-marfil porcelain floor tiles. Bespoke black Bosch appliances including dishwasher, cooker, tall fridge freezer and washer dryer. The kitchen boasts double height ceilings and open walls with under-lights for entertaining and serving.

The kitchen leads onto a pantry style area with overhead storage to a roomy attic.

This leads onto one of the two bathrooms, which features a whirlpool jacuzzi bath-tub, separate bowl and tap wash basins, bisque spring heated towel rail and under floor heating contrasted against ebony wood panelling throughout.

The second level

Fitted cupboards with sliding doors at the entrance of the lounge and crema-marfil porcelain tiles throughout, furnished with a three-piece chocolate colonial pull-up leather suite.

Additionally, dimmable overhead lighting with fitted mood up-lights within the skirting in the lounge and dining area.

The dining area boasts original features such as; double height sash windows with glazed brick surround, covered with individual duck-egg roller blinds for each frame and original pine wood herringbone patterned parquet floor.

Other features include a double height floor to ceiling bookcase with ladder, a spiral staircase to the third level and white high gloss round dining table with matching chairs.

The first bedroom is separated off from the dining area by a frosted glass façade.

The bedroom features original parquet flooring as in the dining area and an original school radiator. The bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed and a floor to ceiling double wardrobe with frosted glass sliding doors.

The third level

A light and spacious master bedroom with oak wood flooring, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, an en-suite wet room with limestone and acrylic, dimmable floor up lights set in the oak wood floor as well as wall up lights. A glass balustrade balcony over looking the double height void to the huge sash window. A four-poster king size bed set against an accent-wallpapered wall leading to the chocolate leather hand-railed spiral staircase. The bedroom also features a study/walk in wardrobe currently fitted with a sofa bed for guests.

The flat has gas central heating, intercom with video conference and off-street parking space within the gated complex.

The flat has the convenience of being in close proximity to the Olympic park and the amenities of Westfield shopping centre. The affluent buzz of Victoria park village and its host of bars, cafes, deli's and restaurants and the parks renowned venues are all a stone throw away.

Transport links include, Homerton Overground, Bethnal green and Mile End. Busses include 277, 26, 425 and 30.

"Perfect place to stay in London!"
