About the home

This is a newly refurbished apartment situated in the heart of Blackheath village. It is a short stroll from the shops, restaurants and bars, and less than three minutes walk to the open spaces of the heath itself. The railway station is also within two minutes walk.

Flat 6 offers spacious and superbly equipped accommodation for up to four persons in two spacious double bedrooms.

Departure times are normally 10.00 am, and arrival times 3.00 pm. If these times are not convenient for you please let us know and we'll try to accommodate you.
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable two weeks prior to arrival. In the event that you wish to cancel your booking, we shall endeavour to re-let the apartment, and if successful all monies already paid will be refunded to you.

Conditions

The price for 2 persons is £750.00 per week and £120.00 per night with a minimum of 3 nights stay.
The price for 3 or 4 persons is £850.00 per week and £140.00 per night with a minimum of 3 nights stay.

GREENWICH & BLACKHEATH
Greenwich and Blackheath are beautiful and historic parts of South East London.
Greenwich is situated on the River Thames, and is a World Heritage Site(www.greenwichwhs.org.uk). It boasts many historic buildings and attractions, including the Royal Observatory, Old Royal Naval College, Queens House and the Natural Maritime Museum, in addition to the Cutty Sark (currently under refurbishment) and of course the beautiful Royal Park with its impressive views across the River Thames to Canary Wharf, the Millenium Dome and the City of London.

The town centre is a bustling mix of individual shops, bars and restaurants, and hosts a number of markets throughout the week.

Blackheath is situated to the south east of Greenwich, and boasts 170 acres of open heath surrounded by stunning Georgian architecture. Its hub is a charming village of pretty shops, bars and restaurants which act as a magnet for visitors from miles around.

We have spent a very pleasant week in your flat. Very tastefully renovated and decorated, with excellent beds and luxurious bathrooms, an almost over equipped kitchen, it was large enough for our party of five to live comfortably. We enjoyed the WI-Fi and the satellite TV as well as the washing and drying machines, and the fact that all the linen was provided (nothing to bring along) and the cleaning was included. Trevor was particularly helpful in providing for all our needs. We would highly recommend this flat, so conveniently close to the centre of London (20 min to Victoria, even less to London Bridge) , which also has on street parking.

Thank you so much. The flat was really beautiful and we had a very enjoyable stay. Everything about it was just perfect - proximity to transporation, shops etc, the supplies (washing, toiletries etc) as well as the entertainment package on TV.
