The South East England / Greater London region

London is one of the few European Cities that was actually designed using modern scientific methodologies which has since not been replicated in any city in Europe hence surpassing even its French Neighbour, The Sun King, Louis XIV's Paris, as the most modern city in Europe. In the Mid-1600s , there was the Great Big Fire, that burned down the old historic city of London (which in all honesty was actually a disgusting place due to no drainage system, no plumbing..etc) down to the floor in the early morning of September the 2nd, 1666 and all within 1 week including the original St Pauls Cathedral built by the legendary Architect, Inigo Jones .

Like most American homes today, London pre-1600s was a city with its dwellings built primarily out of Wood and like most European city totally evolved out of necessity since it was founded and named by the Romans. A proposed small fire in a bakery (this fact has never been proven, as conspiracy theorists believe it was the ever-so-Catholic French spies that started the Fire!! - We were Christian protestants during this period and blamed everything on the french and still do!!) started early in the morning in the City of London Bakery(The city of London was within a fortressed wall) and spread (all the houses were wooden) so quickly it consumed half the city in a matter of hours!!. Our ever so beloved Monarchy decided to rebuild the city with monies from the people (Parliament) from scratch and declared that all houses have to be built of Brick to ensure this disaster never happened again and he employed the most modern thinking men of the time (Sir Christopher Wren and Robert Hooke) to measure the city and start rebuilding with the new St Paul's Cathedral to become the most glorious building befitting a City like-no-other and to be designed totally using modern science and these men in addition to John Evelyn (Diarist and Gardener responsible for the first recorded scientific horticultural Gardening), John Locke (Economist and & Philosopher) and Nicholas Barbon (Speculator and inventor of modern Insurance policy for all his dodgy buildings) who in the process of rebuilding London, benefited and reshaped the whole world as we know it including inventing money (as a legal tender rather than Gold or Silver) as we know it to overcome the UK's first Credit Crunch. The most amazing legacy of this rebuild was St Pauls Cathedral as it was the first cathedral designed as a meeting point, with its design using modern methodologies still used until today to design a place where people of all faiths, nationality and religion can come to dialogue using intricate space design to ensure all views will be tolerated based on logic and reasoning, banishing the extreme xenophobia of the times (England had just had its civil war and London was not a place where foreigners were welcomed in any way or manner!!) and creating a legacy that can be still evidenced in London as the most diverse city in the world with people of all nationalities living together for the common cooperate that bounds all mankind together irrespective of creed, nationality or views.

Central London/Zone 2 area

The Property is a leisurely stroll from the Park, hence, an ideal home for a short duration for both entertaining and a sanctuary after a hard day shopping or working.

The property was built in late 2002 as a luxurious apartment complex for the well-to-do City Boys in the City the boom of the late 90's early 2000's, hence, caters for luxury suitable for the standards of the 21st century.

The Area has always been a residential hub of business activity and university life and it continues to be so today.

Due to the Olympics, there has been an additional influx of more Young City Professionals into the area, hence, an array of internet Cafes and Bars are readily available. Whilst there is a local night life in Bow and Mile-End, the fact that the West-end (Greatest Party Area in the world!!) is only 8min -12 minutes for most residents by tube, means everyone generally party's in the West-End and then leave the chaos to come back home to a totally residential and relatively peaceful area.

You are never far from a good pub, café or restaurant offering drinks and menus from around the world. The waterways make for an ideal stroll complimented by a walking greenery path covering over half of London.

Victoria Park is the tranquil parkland with a lake and Deer park just a 5 minute stroll from the apartment complex. The Park still bedazzles tourists and locals alike with its charming lake and endless trees which makes you imagine you are miles away from London rather than in the middle of it. It is worthy a visit especially on a Sunday when the whole Park is buzzing with locals having picnics and the traditional Sunday Footie in the Park.
