"Rip off - Stay Away"

Stayed here from 10 July to 27 July 2013. Location is great as centrally located, cleanliness is average but service is terrible. Had to call the house manager for a a new change of towels and bed li… More

I am very sorry to see you so angry just because you had to pay for the damage you caused, the price you have paid is exactly what was quoted by the supplier, and we showed you the receipt. Also we run a self catering apartment, we don't change linen or towels during your stay, unless you pay extra for the dry cleaners. In the apartment we provide washer dryer iron and an ironing board for you to do that. we are not a Hotel and our prices is no where near hotel prices.
Please next time you need to book a serviced apartment or a Hotel apartment.
You say you waited 2 weeks for your deposit refund, this only means that we have paid back your deposit, why at the end of your review you are asking us to pay you again??????? THANK YOU FOR STAYING WITH US

"Confortable, nice and well positioned"

The apartment is confortable for a four people family. It is in a good position, 5min from Green Park underground station along the piccadlilly line. This line is connecting to Heatrow airport in 45 mins. The apartment is few minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus and Backingham Palace. Green Park just crossing the Road and Hyde park 2 min walk. The apartment is provided with all you need for a journey, including free connection WIFI.
Two bed in a sleepinf room, two other ones, smaller, in sofa' in the living room.
The kitched is provided with lot of utensils and machines, including dish washer. The apartment is clean and furnitures quite new. Market at 5 mins. Very nice stay.
should I came back in London, I would go there again.
