The South East England / Greater London region

All major London attractions are maximum a 15 min ride by Underground. Bayswater Underground station is located literally only 100 yards from the apartment and serves the Circle Line.Therefore anywhere in central London is within easy reach.

Summer concerts in nearby Holland park bring Opera to Nature....enjoy one of the concerts in beautiful surroundings. It will make you think you are back in another century.

In addition, and for an even faster access to central London, please use Queensway Underground station, also 100 metres from the property.

Although the flat is easily accessible from any London airport , HEATHROW airport offers a direct link into the city centre by UNDERGROUND.

If your flight lands at Heathrow, the estimated journey time from the airport to the apartment, once you have gone through Customs, is 35 minutes.
Simply take the Piccadilly Line to Bayswater Station ( serving the Circle Line), or Queensway Station (serving the Central Line)...both are only 100 metres away from the property and on ZONE ONE of the London Underground System.Cost 15 GBP return/per person.

From Gatwick airport, take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria Station and from there the underground to Bayswater Station.Estimated journey time is one hour.Cost 35 GBP return/per person.

From Stansted airport take the Stansted Express train into LIverpool Street Station and from there the underground to Bayswater Station.Estimated journey time is ninety minutes. Cost 35 GBP return per person.

From Luton, take the Luton Express train into King's Cross Saint Pancrass Station, and from there the underground to Bayswater station.Estimated journey time is seventy five minutes.Cost 25 GBP return per person.

Alternatively a taxi ride will cost between 40 GBP (Heathrow) to 90 GBP (Stansted ), return fare for upto four people.

Reknowned sights such as the "Victoria and Albert Museum" or the "Natural History Museum", as well as the "Royal Albert Hall" arena to the best perfomers of the 20th Century, can be reached after a short and pleasant stroll through Hyde Park.

A taxi ride into Theatreland (Covent Garden area) takes less than 15 minutes and will cost around 10 GBP, should you wish to attend any of the famous London's plays.

Travel by public transport in London, generally compensate for the cost.
The best bet is a weekly travel card for stays of a week or more, at a cost of 23GBP gives you unlimited access to Underground and buses during the whole week, day and night.

For daily stays, a daily Bus Pass will allow you to travel only by bus, and will cost around 4 GBP per day.

There are also family tickets, weekend savers and so on . Please enquire at Bayswater or Queensway Underground stations, for the best deals for your journey.

Further details

A refundable deposit of 200GBP, is due upon arrival in cash, and reimbursed on departure.

There is a 60 GBP cleaning fee on departure of the flat, which my assistant may deduct from your deposit should you wish her to do so, when assisting you with your check out.

Check in time : After 3.00pm.
Check out time: Before noon 12.00 pm.

However,our "early check in/late check out" fee of 50 GBP will allow you to extend those hours to suit your travel plans.
