Home description

This spacious loft is light and airy with double warehouse doors and a balcony. The space works well for a family or group of friends, sleeps 6 but can accommodate more. The building was built around the turn of the century as a furniture factory and picture framing workshop. The current owners have regenerated and refurbished the property to offer a range of attractive short stay apartments. This wonderful loft is on the fourth floor (sorry, no lift) and is immensely popular with leisure guests who want something relaxed but interesting.

The South East England / Greater London region

Hoxton in East London is full of interesting contrasts - vibrant and multicultural, trendy and traditional, affluent and gritty. It has wonderful and diverse range of of people from bohemian artists, monied financiers to the original 'locals' i.e. Cockney Londoners. Close enough to all the must-see London landmarks so that you don't waste time travelling but removed enough so that you can mingle with us long term London inhabitants.


Central London/Zone 1 / Hoxton area

Fantastic location in a hip and culturally diverse area of London. In the immediate area head East towards Hoxton and the lively local street markets of Columbia Road flower market, Brick Lane, Broadway Market, Spitalfields and Pettycoat Lane. Much loved by artists and city financiers alike the area offers vibrant restaurants, music venues, bars and night life as well as renowned galleries and museums - the Cube and Geffrye Museum being perhaps best known.

Alternatively take a leisurely stroll through the City to St Pauls, over the Millennium Bridge to Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and have some lunch at The Tate Modern. Or head West and wonder around antique Bloomsbury, explore the wonderful treasures of the British Museum and pop in at one of the four Inns of Court to get a feel for medieval London. If you are feeling energetic there are many cycle paths along the canals which are great for poodling around on a lazy Sunday with a pit stop at the local pub.

Got to do some work? The apartment is just 15 minutes away from the financial district and Liverpool Street. There are excellent train connections plus 24hr bus links for easy access to Central London.

There is an admin charge of £12 and if a guest is arriving after 22.00 a night arrival fee of £40.

No security deposit is required.
