Home description
Nominated for a design award, the apartment offers full facilities including electric underfloor heating, large TV and modern sound system. A great venue to meet up and entertain business guests, etc. This used to be our home until we moved to Cornwall and we know it's a great place to stay!
The last tenant was a film producer who used the flat as his town office. Lower Marsh has been featured in many films including Bridget Jones - Edge of Reason, Closer and The Flood.

The South East England / Greater London region
Ideally situated for access to all central London tourist sites. Within walking distance of Parliament, the South Bank, Tate Modern, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Theatreland, The Globe Theatre and the Tower of London, etc. With the station on the doorstep you have easy access to Windsor Castle, Portsmouth, Wimbledon and the glories of the west country. You can also pick up a boat for a trip up the river to Greenwich!

Lower Marsh offers a street market during the week and a French market at weekends. Being situated on the South Bank, the National Theatre, Festival Hall and the National Film Theatre are nearby. And you can walk to Covent Garden for your shopping! A bus at the end of the road takes you straight up to Trafalgar Square and from there to Regent Street and Oxford Street.

The two bedrooms contain comfortable double beds and ample clothes storage. We have wifi broadband access and excellent mobile phone reception!
Further details outdoors: The large roof terrace is accessed from the folding sliding patio doors, so the whole west end of the room can be opened up when it's hot. There are trees in pots and a set of garden furniture for your use. It's lovely sitting out here with an evening drink enjoying the sunsets looking over to the London skyline.
